I agree, a lot will depend on the ruling of the SEC. While it seems unlikely the Bitcoin ETF is getting a pass, if it were to happen then no doubt that this will trigger a big upward movement. Sooner or later it will be approved anyway, the pressure from financial institutions is simply to big.

I strongly believed that bear market will end in the 2nd week of September it's because since crypto was started long time ago mostly bull market will start at the 4th quarter of the year and i hope so that it will continue to happen this year.
I don't think the encryption market will pick up this year.

Your saying really sounds like gambling that's aims to get quick money LOL. although it's can be considered a good time to buy but there's no guarantee that the price will rise anytime soon therefore saying everyone can be rich by buying crypto is kinda not right. No one can of course predict that with certainty. But people are optimistic about the year end. I think that investment from other assets will start flowing in cryptos near last quarter of the year. I expect a bullish season to start from October this year with peak in December. But try to take the maximum advantage of bear market by playing in future market or doing short term trades.
I also very much regret that I did not sell everything in January, but that it was done. I continue to keep my coins until better times, I will definitely not sell myself to the minus.

It will continue until bull run starts to take over and start the run. Right now, I think that the bear market will be here for all 2018 and maybe a little of 2019 or even summer of 2019 as there are no signs yet that could result the end of bear market.
As mentioned before we are nearly the end of the bear season. Hopefully after bear left we will see the more people will join to crypto world and bull season come back. Lots of crypto investors are waiting for this.
