Idk, for me personally, it's harder to say ENOUGH when I'm losing. After a good win I stop immediately, at least for the day. And if I win $20-$30, which I consider a good win, I play only with dust many days after that, so it takes one or two months to lose the money.

But I gamble for fun, not for earning, while I think the OP's question relates more to people who think they can make their living from gambling. I would suggest to such people to stop for the day, if the amount won was sufficient to live one day in their country, and to stop for the week if they won 7 times more, and so on. Thus you can at least try to live from gambling for some time. Otherwise, if you never stop, you will be only gambling all the time, with big chances of losing everything and never actually enjoying your winnings.

You are right. If we talk about the amount of money, there is no word about enough for us to stop from gambling. We will be too greed to get more money from gambling. Yes, the human will not be satisfied with what we get, and we want to achieve the other things that we want. It's a typical situation, when someone loses $20, and then loses more than $200 in attempts to recover the losses.

Gambling is a really big topic. First of all, people are really greedy. It is a fact that one should think twice about saying that I will quit gambling after winning a big victory. Gambling is not about money but about addiction. Billionaires, on the other hand, gamble. Not because of money but because of addiction. Seriously? So you think gambling addiction is a mental disorder? You asked the wrong person dude if you are expecting an answer that is in numbers. Psychiatrist will ask you questions and later on they will tell you what to do and what to avoid. If they are a gambler too, they will understand our situation on why we gamble and how much we need to win in order for us to stop. I also asked my psychiatrist before about how much money that I needed to win in order to stop my addiction in gambling. She explained to me that I will never escape in addiction if I will keep thinking winning big amount of money in gambling. I changed my mindset and personality for me to able fully control my emotions and feelings. There is a misconception in the gambling world where therr are gamblers think that they can escape addiction by winning big amount of profit, In reality it is impossible because the desires of people are continuing to grow.

Realistically, I don't think I would ever win enough to stop gambling forever.

For me, I don't see gambling as simply a way to win money, it's also a way to help pass the time, relax and even have fun.

Recently, I found myself playing dice on the Luckydice mobile site when I'm out and about, whereas when I'm at home I usually play online poker or roulette.

With that said, a $10 million win will probably keep me busy enough that I won't have any free time left for games!
