i do agree on most of your point but on this one i think it depends on the person,like me whenever there is a chance that i want to gamble?i allocate part of my paycheck since everything comes to my wife constantly,so on that case i am asking her to at least allowed me to have 10-20% from my money because i only play when i have time and when i felt like wanna having fun,or maybe i am too different from others as i am responsible in everything i am doing.

I don't think its a good idea to set a certain amount of money from your salary like 5% of you salary goes to gambling. If your wife or spouse heard about this I think he/she will not like it. Same with your kids, what if he/she talk about it to his classmates. If you are just an occasional player or play only for fun, setting a limit only when you play is better than set aside an amount from your salary.
Well if it will be a big mistake if they heard that the 5% of your salary is going to gambling I'm sure the relation between you and your wife will be broken. This is what happen to me but I always keep sorry to her until she accept my apology that is why I just sometimes play gambling but the money that I play is from my sales not from my salary and she doesn't know that I have money from sales. And I just gamble when she was sleep around mid night just to hide my gambling activity.

Why it is very important to always have control when gambling and its the number one we should have
- Many people gamble without thinking and spend all his/her money remember that you spend hours earning that money for your family and also for yourself but our responsibility is bigger
than anything else, because there are times that we for about this things, and forget that we have a family to feed for me its okay to spend some money for gambling but there are rules you
need to control your emotions because i saw people who spend all their money while their children have nothing to eat, bills not settle and at the end of the day they spend their times in the
streets ending is the commit crimes children don't go to school i hope everyone will remember this and be able to help everyone here , what im saying is its okay to gamble but don't compromise

Taking out your savings before you go for expenses is the best way to control your money as you wish. Taking out allocated money for all your purposes , be it to support your family or gamble and planning on your savings is good way to never run out of money. I have seen people , who put their savings to gamble in hopes to get more but end up losing which leads to financial instability at times.

Yeah, everything needed to be has a limitation , we need to give some part of our earnings to our family, because they are there when we start gambling, when we are young they supported our needs for us to go to school and buy our needs, now we are a professional gambler, we earn money now, it is time to give atleast half of our earnings to our family so that, we can pay off their hardwork to us.

I already stop on gambling a few months ago and now I am saving all of my money for my family.
But back then I could say it was about 5-10% of my earnings are for my gambling habit.
And thanks to my family I stop on gambling and focus on much more important things.
If that is what you want to do then that is fine but a person spending that kind of money monthly on gambling is not really a problem, however if you prefer to use that money for other needs or in other forms of entertainment that is fine as well, personally I do not have a problem with a person that gambles from time to time and knows very well how much money he's spending on that activity, since most likely that person is never going to get addicted to gambling and it is never going to develop a gambling problem either. I just need an excess budget for my gambling lucky bets, and the rest of that money was allocated for family budget and emergency funds for health. That doesn't need to set aside huge amount of money intended for gambling, we just have to use little amount only to enjoy gambling in a simple ways. I don't know with other gamblers, but in my own mindset that's really the best options to do as well.

These are selfish gamblers and do not realize there are families that must be prioritized and mandatory, and such people cannot take care of and love their family well even though the purpose is for the family but it is wrong.
and even though the purpose is good and for the family too but such a way does not have a good calculation and what if you lose everything and there will be regrets, you have to prioritize the needs of the family first and then you bet and if you bet you lose, you don't feel guilty because you prioritize it, and if you win it is good luck for you and your family.
if you only have a small capital, it's better for the family and don't bet.

If a player have family their responsibility or their priority is their family to provide their needs first before playing a gambling.
We all know they have players who use the budget for their family by playing a gambling which us really wrong and that is not a good behaviour of a person and we think that they are addicr player because of they are doing. Controlling yourself is the key and for sure you can also play gambling and fullfill your duties to your family needs.

The fact, how much you can afford and your savings are the priority overall and your family needs. Self-discipline, limitation, controlling your self and time management are the basic and the most important when you are in gambling.
