When skill in a nation is undervalued, its citizens will inevitably look for better opportunities outside. Whence would they not? A true shame, that. But believe me when I say that if there's one thing I can do, it's identify talent. And when talented people leave your nation to prosper abroad, that's a hugely lost opportunity
The part about corruption? A complete loss. It's comparable to placing a large wager on a hand that you may have won rather than lost. The people are getting a raw deal if the government are really hiding things and engaging in these "invisible games," as you put it. I understand that combating corruption is difficult, but you can't just ignore it and hope for the best. Honesty is a right, and individuals in positions of authority should act in the best interests of the people, not their own
The country will lose more talented people who should be able to provide the best for the country. But if everything doesn't work because there are still people who want to find opportunities to earn money, even from people who don't have money but have talent, the country will regret it because talented people aren't easy to find. Meanwhile, their country already has many talented people but instead, it is being wasted by those corrupt people.
Because of corruption by irresponsible officials, the country has finally lost talented people who should be able to work and provide something that can elevate their country to be on par with other countries. And yes, eradicating corruption is a difficult thing to do because there are already many officials who have committed corruption, making it difficult to trace them. And if more and more talented people move to other countries because irresponsible officials belittle them, it is a fatal mistake made by those officials so they should be dismissed from their positions and not allowed to do anything close.
I've seen corruption's effects on nations. I've seen talent, dreams, and hope wasted. A shame, I tell you. The smartest and brightest of a country must look elsewhere when dishonest authorities waste their potential. That's a response to a failed system, not a decision
Talented people are rare, not numbers. You lose more than potential; you lose the essence of what makes a nation great. It's like a high-stakes poker game when a few cheaters fold the country's winning hand
Eradicating corruption requires more than just finding dishonest people. Trust must be rebuilt. I've always thought that to make a significant difference, you must lead by example. Those officials should go, and we should honor our talented people
