I really can not know which one is good or bad. However, you can rely on rating sites for reference.

There is no strait jacket rule to follow in choosing a good ICO. The best you can do is to perform a personal study on the project or ICO. Thus, read thorough the whitepaper and locate the idea behind the ICO. Is the idea feasible to make a success or attract investors on the market? Read about the team members and their credentials from their various social media outlets. Do this to ascertain consistency in information they provide about themselves.

You need to consider the ico if the team composition is good. Its a plus if the team is well known. Also you might see what is the purpose of the coin and is it only good in short term? or a long term also. Its a plus also if they have a working product. It could attract more investors causing for the coin to be at a good price.

The main thing that I look for, that I've learned from experience, is to not put your money on a project that's going to take many, many months for development of a finished product. That's something that has screwed me royally.

Check the ICO project website. Read the technical report. When you select an ICO project, the first thing to do is to check the team. If the team has created a creative project, I will continue to support it. If it's really potential, I will definitely invest in that project

In my belief, you have to consider a lot of factors while choosing a good ICO. The most important is to check members of the developing team. You need to find their profiles and see if they are respected and experienced. Another thing to pay attention to is the product. If it is something useful that can be used in different areas nd bring benefits. These are the two most important factors.

It's hard to choose what is a good ICO for investment because so many ICO from now Undecided... But I think many ICO are true but 30-40% of their was not true or scam Angry.  That's why we makes some efforts to select the best ICO. You can make your own research to get some ideas. Look for the whitepaper, the team or investors, the purpose why creating this ICO and how important of their project...

Often people trust the decision-making for someone else. For example, they look at the rating assigned to this project by the rating agency, they look at what is written about it in the media. But this is superficial information and it does not always reflect the essence. In everything is better to understand yourself. This ensures that no one will "brainwash you".

When investing in any asset it is important to recognize what current market capitalization of it is, if you are value investing and looking for asset that will produce long term increase of use for certain market, it needs to be as under priced and under capitalized as possible, this means that you as investor are entering at best possible price

All those basis you mentioned can be enough as a yardstick when you are choosing a project to invest in. The team, project, product and some more.

Not all ICO's are legit and there are some a projects just to take away the money of the people, you should be more cautious in every investment or bounty you will be joining in order, not effort and time will not be wasted. You have to pick the legit one whereas you have to read their whitepaper to know they have a realistic offer, goals and have a dedicated team in order to maintain the platform to deliver excellent service to its client.

Make the whitepaper your best friend. It will tell you everything you need to know about the ICO. Join the telegram community of the project and actively ask questions about points in the whitepaper that confuse you. Clarity of concept is a very important factor to consider before partaking in an ico

Good ICOs need a lot of elements, including key players such as executives, project ideas, technology and the community.

Before investing in an ICO, ask whether the digital coins or tokens are securities and if the offering is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Find out how your money will be used, if you can get it back, and what rights the digital coin or token provides you. These rights should be clearly spelled out in the business plan, white paper or development plan. Make and keep copies of this information.
