sometimes we hard to recognize experienced team, and we can not analyze the project from whitepapper, but we can analyze it easily from bounty manager, certainly not difficult to find a good bounty manager

in my view the right ico means the ico team should be attending more conferences and aiming for development of coins in various social media channels and advisors should be repetitive even small idea can be executed when they work in proper manner

I will choose the ico project through these steps:

1. Excellent team, the team must have an open LinkedIn profile. Experience.
2. The white paper. Achieavable goals.
3. Is the project based on adequate legal and infrastructure?
4. Are there any use cases for project products?
5. Hype (Twitter, Facebook and Telegram)

I do not think that team defines the project completely. How can you judge the team if it consists of ordinary people with extraordinary ideas and talent? You need to look on ALL the aspects that are listed by OP and filter he projects by roadmap, team, idea and so on to get to really interesting ones.

Maybe by trying to investigate the team. How much experience they have, where, in what, why they r trying to build ICO and go on the Market, r they going to achieve something or just trying to close ur eyes. Can uu find these people on Internet, FB, LinkedIn. That would tell u very enough.

I think a community is an important factor for a successful ICO, the people and the team needs to be friendly and responsive. The one I like the most at the moment is BlockGrain.io. They’re aiming to automate the supply chain with Grain and later on Fruit/Vegetables/Wool. It’s an Australian ICO. The reason why I like them and looking forward is cause they team itself has a background of farmers and they really wants to help farmers to grow.
