I think you need to hang out with your friends or family and do stuffs that you love to do. just keep yourself busy so you don't think of the problems that stress you. I think that's about it

When I feel stressful, I would go out to run a long time with listening the music.

This is very useful for me, this is good for stress it relieves me when im on a long run.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Talking to someone about how you feel can be helpful, try also Relaxation Techniques, try to relax with a stress reduction technique. There are many tried and tested ways to reduce stress so try a few and see what works best for you.

I think that stress is something different for eveyone. When i'm stressed for me necessary to have other people around because stress is becoming strong and deep.

I have found the best ways to deal with stress is through meditation. Take about 10 to 30 min and try to calm yourself and organize your thoughts. I like to keep a piece of paper and pen nearby in case things come to mind. This really helps me.

actually to eliminate the stress very much the way, well it's all depends on ourselves only, and indeed sometimes stress can cause various obstacles for us when the taste is approaching us, so often do or listen to songs that can make you relax

First step to relieve stress is get enough sleep. Don't underestimate power naps. Take 20-30 minutes nap whenever you have time before doing anything strenuous. Naps will help you have a clear mind. Treat yourself with things that makes you happy so you wont feel too exhausted. Commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food and exercising regularly.

Stress is part and parcel in life. You don't really have to cope it instead you just have to MANAGE your stress. Just like pain, you have to feel and endure it so it won't hurt you anymore the second time it hits on you. You have to feel stress because one day you realize you are shaped by those 'pulls' in life. According to my favorite, Filipino motivational speaker, Francis Kong, stress will eventually STRETCH you in becoming the better version of yourself. So, manage your stress well!!!

How to deal with severe stress by doing hobbies that you want to do is the easiest way. A hobby is an activity that is believed to calm one's mind if done.

I play my PS4 pro on 4K tv(both bought with profits from bitcoin), there are so much good games that I need to play. But the one I would recommend is to play Uncharted franchise, all games are simply masterpiece in game development. And they are amazing to relieve stress.

When i feel stress i try some aromatherapy, candles and incense can be quite calming and i force my self to sleep coz it is very important my friend. Aim for 7-8 hours a night and keep a schedule. I try to keep focusing on what am i doing like watching movies or playing a games to forget, i usually do it with my friends coz when im with them i feel relieve, i think all you need is someone to talk to. I hope my suggestions would help.

I suggest you keep moving, set aside some time for activities such as walking, yoga, and fun sport. Talk to people ask for help. Take the time to plan at least one fun activity every day like watch a movie, draw, paint, read a good book or play with a pet. I hope it helps.

i just get outside and start running. distance longer than 5 miles.
