For me, there are several different ways to deal with stress, as there are several different causes.
There is natural stress : being afraid of something, and the possibility you will experience it (fear of spiders Smiley )
Unnatural stress : Stress that is usually caused by worrying about something that most likely will never happen (worrying about a piece of satellite falling on you)
General anxiety, which can be caused by stress, but is not the same as stress

I tend to do multiple things, depending on the stress, and where I am.
First and foremost, if I can solve the problem that is causing stress, then I solve it as soon as possible.
I also meditate, exercise, and try to find something that is not related to stress (such as not looking at the crypto market)
Ultimately, you will have to experiment to see what works best for you.

the best way i cope with stress is to sleeping, you know when you sleep you forget everything happening at the moment, and also sleep help relax the brain and body.
Also i play with kids, but this does not apply to every body in the sense that you have to have quite a high level of control so you don't injure the kids you are playing with, and also so you don't use bad words on them too..

Do something that makes you relax like listening to your favorite song, go somewhere, and swim to refresh your body .

I usually go to play tennis. That`s my hobby, and it helps me recover from stress.

For me, if I have money I will go stress-eating and if I don't have money I will go outside and play sports. also, I use the internet to divert my attention and laugh with memes online.

listen to a good music, not that one which add to your stress. take a walk in the nature. believe that most of the problems you have today will not be in the future.

I think that best way to deal with stress is stop expecting for something. No expectations - no reduplication.

to cope with stress is to do fun things like singing, sports, and on vacation. with a vacation our brains become calm and refreshed.

Do not let your stress get into your head too much. Because it will affect you and your way of thinking. It is easy said but hard to do, but that is how it is. Deal with it or else it will destroy you. So make something that will freshen up your mood. Do something fun and enjoyable.

You need to find a way to blow off some steam. I tend to do music when I'm stressed, but lately I've been working out. It prepares you for summer as well as helps testosterone increase in the body. Just focus on reducing cortezol levels, sleep 8 hours a day, or 7 at least! good luck Smiley

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

I think for the deal stress is we have to refresh our brind with holiday, and maybe can also with shopping or traveling.. 🤗

Just be positive and think less of problems. Do something enjoyable.
