You have to come to a base understanding that everything is temporary. This will eliminate a big majority of the things you stress about, that are really not worth at all.

And for the things that make you stressed for a good fucking reason, well, you should think strategically if you want to get over that situation. You will not function well under stress.

Stress is just your mind torturing yourself, nothing else causes stress. Seperate reality and your mind to look at the picture from outside. Then everything will be more clear and you will be stress-free.

Until you forget that fact and get yourself stressed for no reason in a week Smiley

Hi,

If stress is from work, if things come all at the same time, firstly breath.

Then prioritize, see the most needed from least, make asure check list. If you're not much of a multi tasker, do things one at time to make you check your progress easier.

Plus, find time to release more stress via extra curricular activities like sports.

There is really no right or wrong answer on how to deal with stress.  Everyone copes differently, and everyone has a different pressure point.  I would say remain positive, have faith and hope for the best.  Avoid being too emotional and think things thoroughly before acting on it.

You can switch to phlegmatic personality during stressful situations and you can release your energy as sanguine or choleric. Use melancholy only for analysis.

Personally I deal with stress by listening to music,  eating and watching tv.. by doing so  I was able to forget the things that make me stress.. and now I have this bitcoin forum:-)

Go for a long walk at the beach. Or you can go window shopping at your nearest mall. Can also go to a sauna, spa or massage parlor to relax yourself.

We have this very weird way of relieving stress here in our country. In one of the provinces here, there's this boutique which gives you the privilege of breaking stuff in exchange for money. Plates, glasses, even television. You get to throw them at a brick wall then shout at the top of your lungs. Some says it's great. Never tried it yet.
