I haven't still figured out how to "prevent" stress, but at least I decided that whenever I'm in a "stress-hype" or that really tense moment where you just stop being productive, I stop everything and force myself to procrastinate. Sounds weird, but it works for me. Cpuld be something really silly like watching a 'Friends' episode I've seen 40 times or go to "Explore" section in Instagram.

15 min of this will do until I get a normal "rhythm" again.

Try out some hobby,like painting,try to learn new things like new language..you get it,try to occupy your mind  Grin Good luck man

I agree with you, hobbies are in my opinion one of the best ways for dealing with stress. As I can say from my own experience, you always should have some free time for yourself and when you have it, just spend it for a good rest and also various hobbies, in such way you can stop to concentrate on what bothers you and become calmer  Smiley
Personally I in case of hobbies prefer reading, watching my favourite movies or listening to my favourite music (it's an unreal relax for me!), also different creative activities can be a very good solution too. For example, I like drawing, some handmade arts and also assembling various wooden models https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1469570445/wood-trick-0, it's a cool creative activity for me too  Smiley Btw such hobbies belong to arttherapy too which is extremely popular now among other psychological practices. Also attending concerts or other events, even simple walkings in your city can be helpful too. Some of my friends consider parties and dancing as helpful too but I think it really depends on a certain person's tastes.
I can also recommend you yoga, some special relaxing practices (try to search them in net, there's a plenty of those ones!) or even simple sleeping, it's helpful too because as I noticed from my own experience constant lack of enough sleeping really makes your general mood worse and stress bigger.

The best option, first go to a psychologist, while this is not a medical problem, a professional consultation can really help you in a stressful situation.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.
So true do something that makes you enjoy , you can play online games or go out with your family and have a time together with them. You can also spend your time posting here in Bitcoin or reviewing so that you can gain more knowledge well it is one of my stress reliever.

I love sex, but I do not really like chocolate, chocolate contains too much sugar and it's not good for our health  Grin

There are many ways to get rid of stress, depending on what your problem is, the easiest way to get rid of stress, by doing activities we love, like going to the movies, or holidaying with family.

True. Melisa is a plant from herb group. It is scientifically proved it acts within human nervous system by lowering the electrical activity, since a brain is "forced" to move into alpha waves state. Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

in the world millions of the people suffering with stress. generally stress comes from our pressure, problems and tensions. so we have to avoid those all the bad stuff. reducing stress we have more ideas those are like doing exercise regularly it gives us new energy and doing yoga mediation also reducing stress. sleep atleast 8 hours per day. and take proper food in daily life. listening music, body massage and and spending with friends those are reducing our stress.

How to cope with stress can be done by doing activities with friends like going on vacation to the beach or mountain, and you calm the mind while visiting the place.

I used to suffer from stress and everything that comes with it because I used to have no answer to it. Drove me up the wall. But the answer is simple - stress out the people who are trying to stress you out. Works like a charm.

For me the best way to de stress is to go for a run or an intense workout.

I'm a fan of swimming and I think it makes me feel really relaxed... Sometimes even a beautiful view of the ocean makes me feel good.. I have a dream to visit all beautiful beaches in the world...

I think you should enjoy your life, don't let the negative vibe comes in be positive always. my coping skills when I'm stress I do stress eating, eating ice cream makes you calm. Just smile and enjoy your life. Grin
