Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Anything to take your mind off works. For me, it's gaming

Meditation apps on your phone van help you out with stress

That's right. You can try meditation apps and you get relaxed by them. Try to apply them carefully.

When I'm stress,I eat a lot and then forget about everything and just sleep.

Doing sport everyday 30 min running or punching the bag makes me feel much better Smiley aha and certainly playing coputer games is also way to deal with stress.

Do not care about anything at all and you will never be stressed again. It's a bit hard to do but take time to not care about anything.

How to deal with stress? First eat your comfort food. 2nd go out with your favorite people or with your frinds. And lastly do something adventurous like hiking. Biking and etc.

In the modern world, a lot of stress and get rid of it almost every day. Meditation and yoga are very helpful. Now there is a lot of video on the Internet how you can do this to relax your mind and body.

If you do something with passion and you love it, do it. Do what you love, spent time with people you like and have a good time, sleep a lot, get some pets. This is the starter pack to deal with it.

Go out into a countryside where nobody else is around, and just realise that your problems are small and there is so much more to life than everyday stress.

taking deep breathe. eliminating interruptions. schedule our day for energy and focus. eat healthy meals and sleep well.exercise regularly, build a strong support, keep a positive attitude, assert our feelings and openions, develop a new interests. searching the ways for relaxing.finally spending the time for helping others.

to deal with stress is not really easy . but to deal with yor stress is you need to go to quit plac and start to ponder what's really going opn . and you can also read the bible , it can helpy you to deal with your stress.

you just need to stop for a bit that causes your stress and take a deep breath, this will help you to calm down and re think about the situation and come up with actions that can solve what ever causes your stress

Stress has a tendency to eat you up and affect your daily life, if you let it. All of us has different ways to deal with stress, but for me I have a couple ways to deal with it:

a) Sleep it off.
b) Eat. (stress eating, maybe, but food really does make me happier)
c) Pamper yourself. (manicure, pedicure, massage or spa)
d) Window Shopping/Shopping (if there's available funds)
e) PRAY. (Pray that it will go away)

But stress really occur in our daily lives and it's up to us on how we will face it.
Just take a moment and breathe so you can think clearly.

How to cope with stress by going to vacation, by going to vacation my brain can be refreshed again

If i have stress I need dark room and alone myself its works for me very quickly and some time I have to go for long walk alone

Hitch your wagon to a star! Look at those prominent persons' biography and strive to be like them in dealing stress. But of course, it is helpful to be reminded that you are unique even in the way you deal with  stress.you can  do that!
