If i have stress I need dark room and alone myself its works for me very quickly and some time I have to go for long walk alone  Wink

doesn't work for me Cheesy

I think too much about politics and the condition of the world, just makes me more annoyed

I usually walk my dog and focus on him so I don't get other things annoying me but he also annoys me when he starts to pull xD

but I can't stay mad at him, he's a cute big german shepard Cheesy

why not?

have you heard of that monk that putten himself on fire in order to demonstrate, he didn't make a noise, he didn't even move, he died

that kind of concentration means we can to anything we want to as long as we focus hard enough Wink

How does setting yourself on fire compare to this?

he didn't make a sound

he didn't move while he was burning

a lot of concentration is needed for that

a lot less for a silly hypnosis

I usually watch a good movie, play a game, or exercise.

depends what you play..

some games can get you annoyed..

haha yeah, regarding games. stick away from COD, thats for sure. Pretty much most FPS. tf2 being an exception  Cheesy

league of legends isn't a good option either Cheesy

perhaps only playing with bots Cheesy

Suppressing emotions can cause a heart attack? Since when?

it's not like it can cause it but rather that it makes it easier for the heart attack Cheesy

if you're healthy you can keep em down, don't worry

sometimes I keep my anger withing my self my arrhythmia starts so it's kind of true..
I've only heard about a broken heart syndrome but that is it.

you can kill them if you want you dont need tech for this you can refuse to feel something emotional but your heart can affect these burying your emotional feeling can cause heart attact anger sadness and all those feeling can cause heart failure search on it and you will find out why

haha

guess hypnosis goes out as an option too Cheesy

if you concentrate really hard you could certainly do it Cheesy

it could be worth it Smiley

Noo Smiley I would trust anyone who will be able to do hypnosis on me Wink

I would never let anyone do it Smiley

you can do a self-hypnosis, google it Cheesy

I wanted to try it out but there's too much noise around here in order to focus on hypno Cheesy

Self-hypnosis I heard about it. One day when I will be more "calm" I will try it. Now I would need some other methods Smiley

try meditating, lots of people achieve peace that way

Meditating is way too hard for my busy brain.
I have 139 thoughts in 10 seconds Smiley
I find hard to stop "thinking" and start "meditating" Smiley

Just sit down in a calm place you like, relax, focus on your breathing, and when you least suspect it you will be fully concentrated.
Then you'll only have to decide where your mind shall go.
