You can always buy some melisa pills, 100mg each and eat like 5 of them. It should bring a relief.
Such pills are a worse solution than smoking.

anti depressant pills are not recomended because a lot of toxins will go to your body the best is the natural way to ease the stress

Dealing with stress is not easy task , i have been struggled for more than 22 years, now some what i can handle with chronic medication and yoga

I can relate to what you're saying. You might also look closely at nutrition if you don't do so already, there are many hidden health gems in the world of nutrition.

Running is one of the slowest ways to burn calories.

I like running, it fits my lifestyle, but it's almost pointless in regard of weight control.

But it helps relieve stress if you're comfortably equipped.
Since when? HIIT running or cycling is the best and fastest way to burn them.

Yeah cycling and running are great calorie  burners.

oh yea that reminds me sex is an excellent way to relive stress.  i learned about a study that showed having sex about the third of the year is a very good way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Not so sure the study said anything about a girlfriend being good for stress though.  Grin

I've got a girlfriend who's really into Yoga. She says it's really helps to get rested out.

Personally, I think it's a bit silly ^^. I'd prefer fitness, and in particular lifting weights Smiley.

I think those who have problems getting into mediating need to look into mercerizes that help you get in that state of mind.  For example breathing techniques, closing your eyes and being in a quiet environment.  Also you  many want to look into Reiki.

Indeed it helps a lot!  I do not know Yoga too much, but I am 100% sure this is great way to relax!

Cycle, run, do cardio. You'll be better in more than one way as you keep on it. Don't pay for fitness centers because that can be another cause for stress. Smiley
fitness centers eating too much for this but give more stress not giving any rest
