How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Get a medical checkup first.
Find out what's stopping you from losing weight.

First you should a doctor and have a medical check up. Doctor will give you a correct advise. Doctor will tell you which food you should take to lose your weigh. Also it'd be good if you begin work out. Take a couch and he/she will tell you correct working out styles which will help you.

Whenever I hear people talk about losing weight, I get a special feeling. In fact, I feel really lucky lmao. I really find it hard to explain. For some reason, I can't seem to ever gain weight myself. But one thing I know is it really doesn't sound good to take medications for weight loss. Sounds more like a lazy shortcut. And life has taught us that shortcuts mostly cause trouble. Do the workout. Change your eating habits. It might be slow and strenuous, but it's always worth it in the end.

Train. Each day. If you can't train - walk. 3-4-5-6-7-8 kilomtres. Each day. No delays.

Remember: at least walk 10000 steps each day (like 5km).

Weight loss is simple, just exercise in the morning and with a proper diet will have a better body, I think should go to the gym.
