to loose weight you have to follow proper diet. eat healthy foods. less carbohydrates, less sugar, and the foods that contains fats. try to drink 1 liter of water a day to help your metabolism flow softly and also to clean your stomach. much better if you drink more water everyday and of course, try to hold yourself from eating a lot of foods specially during the night.
