Best choice would be simple exercises like jogging and eating more veggies instead of meat. But you should probably check with ur doctor first if theres a possibility of something being wrong with you before starting such a routine. AFter that well it starts with ur will on how much u really want to lose weight

Try taking chromium supplements. It regulates glucose level in your blood stopping your hunger for sweets and makes you overall less hungry, because you become hungry if glucose level in your blood is low (at least it's one of the reasons). For example I was addicted to sweets and eating sweets was making me hungry, because if you eat sweets you'll get high glucose level, which will trigger insulin response which will lead to low glucose level in your blood = hunger. Just don't mix it with thyme and other drugs/ supplements/ herbs affecting your glucose level.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
simply change your diet plan Go for rich carbohydrates and lean proteins like eggs white, fish or protein powders etc.

Best way is going a dietitian. But if you want our solutions; stop eating at night, try to make effort (like swimming, running)

Get a medical checkup first.
Find out what's stopping you from losing weight.
If there's nothing wrong, just eat less... and spend less time on your pc.   Roll Eyes

Losing weights needs descipline if you have it the rest is easy. Because doing exercise and diet is the big factors to easily loss weights. But you need effort and sacrifices specially eating those favorite foods that you use to eat.

I remember when I was young I did eat much food to the extent that I  became obese but now I am as more fat than I was before because I believe that eating too much can not cause you to be a slim person

I think it's not so difficult - eat less junk food and fast food, more cook by yourself, eat fresh veggies, and hight quality meat and fishes. less sugar and salt and drink more water. and of course - do sport
