To loose weight you need to eat lots of fats 6 times per day. If you eat too little your body will store fat and you will get fatter. Eat tons of butter and full fat yoghurt or icecream.
You will see the result.  Wink

Exercise is the key along with the right diet plan. And of course, discipline!!! Set a target or desired weight for yourself. Once you have that, motivate yourself each day that you need to achieve your desired weight. Also, you need to cut off sweets and junk food. Cheat days are good but you still shouldn’t spoil yourself, learn to have self control.

I think that the most important thing about weight loss is perseverance, because whether you are going to exercise or reduce your food intake, you must have a persistent heart!

If you want to lose weight, you must be disciplined about your diet plan and ofcourse you must eat vegetables less meat and oily foods. Exercise if you have an extra time   Wink Wink

sometimes i don`t think too much of the nutrients that we eat there win be no results. the body will lose itself

don't eat too much fat, more vegetables and fruits will do a good result, do some cardio and most important is, eat at a proper time.

Doing some cardio workouts like walking, jogging, running, cycling or swimming and don't eat all kinds of "garbage". If you are not fat because of some disorder you will succed to lose weight.

Reduce fatty foods that contain lots of oil can cause fat. actually the best thing to reduce weight is exercise.
if you ask questions other than exercise, that is to maintain a good diet and avoid fatty foods.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
You need to do daily stuff anyway, like walking at least like 5+ kilometres. And eat healthy.

I lose weight in a natural way that is with papaya fruit, because papaya fruit can cleanse the entire digestive system from the waste in the stomach. This diet starts with 2 days, you have to eat only papaya all day. If you're hungry, you eat more papaya.

There are many ways to lose weight, such as reducing food intake, or exercise to achieve weight loss, but I think the most effective way is through surgery!

When I want to lose weight, what I always do first thing is portion control, mainly because I simply cannot change my diet completely and in a snap. Also, I don't think it is healthy not to exercise if you want to lose weight. You have to at least do some exercises if you want to lose weight. And discipline. It's very important, I think.

If you want to lose weight all you need is to take you Diet daily and I will advise you to do exercise daily to burn some fat in your body and with that you will surely lose your weight
