How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

You need to make physical activity each day. You can start from walks: each day you need to make near 10 000 steps - it's like 5-6 km. Then you can start to run, but not so fast (depends on your weight).

exercise your body frequently and eat 2 times a day.
eat garlic, honey, and ginger for 28 days on empty stomach.
stop eating junk food, eat green.
