To lose weight you have to go the gym an execise and you eat vegetable and to lose  weight you have to follow a diet and count the calries..

Eating healthy foods and proper diet is the best way to lose a weight. And do exercise and choose whats sports or training exercise is best for you. My suggestion is basketball jogging or walk for 45 minutes a day, or go to gym there is a lot of program there will help you losing weight.

Eat as much healthy food as you can, whenever you are hungry. Eat as little unhealthy garbage as you can. If possible none at all.

Control your eating habit.

The question is how to gain weight I am a crypto trading all day I just sit front of my computer but still can't gain weight my weight is now less then 50 kg  Huh

Exercise helps however make make sure you you do not overexert your self
Do not exercise in extreme temperatures too.
Take in a lot of fruits and vegetables. Taking in lot of fluids but do not overload the body with too much water because it may cause increase blood pressure.
