I think it's not so difficult - eat less junk food and fast food, more cook by yourself, eat fresh veggies, and hight quality meat and fishes. less sugar and salt and drink more water. and of course - do sport Wink

i have a great advise for you that is too easy and useful, you should drink 2 glass of water before eating food continue it for a month after that you will see changes in your body....... Grin

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
just by exercising regularly every day and maintaining your diet will reduce your weight.

To control your weight you should control your food habit. Without controlling your habit you never ever can't lose your weight. You should fix a regular routine. Never forget to ensure regular exercise on your routine.

Only proper diet can help you to lose your weight. Quit all kinds of junk food, rich food. Try to depend on home made food.

You should eat plenty of vegetables and exercise regularly.
- Build yourself a specific plan for weight loss and determination to make
- Stop eating fatty foods: meat, butter, sugar, candy, cake, fast food ...
- Exercise every day
- Never take pills to lose weight, it will not good for health

- Take exercise (sound easy but not that much easy) EVERYDAY.
- Do not ever drink medicine to lose weight, it's suicide.
