Rule number 1: Eat less than 2000 k.cal per day in small meals. STOP SUGAR CONSUMPTION AT ALL.
Rule number 2: Do exercise specially cardio and jogging.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
I fasted to lower insulin levels in my body, and it naturally lose my weight

This topic is something interesting since I began to study, I spend many hours sitting in front of the pc, and now I have total lack of control over the hours of food and fattened devido to the cituaciond e my country I can not do diets since they are very expensive and I do not know what to do to stop growing fat
