Diet for hypersensitive person as follow;-Eat regularly and resist any urge to undereat.-Base your diet around vegetables.-Be sure to get plenty of healthy fats.-If you need extra help balancing your blood sugar, take chlorella between meals.-Steer clear of stimulants.-If you’re feeling stressed, give yourself extra magnesium and B vitamins.

I think the solution in addition to exercise is a healthy lifestyle ,, eat nutritious and low fat foods with a smaller portion than usual, if not successful then consult a doctor

Watch the time you eat at night, do not eat too deep into the night because you will be giving your digestive system a lot of work, this will also aid deposition of fats on your visceral.  Also, reduce your oily food, take more of food rich in fibre like oat, wheat. Do surface frying for your meat and not deep frying.
Exercise your mind and body.

Go  to  The Gym, run or work 30min for day, Do Not Eat Bad Fat Food's. Drink Lot of  Water am Meaning 3L or 2L, Get a Medical Help!
