Its very east to motivate women on bitcoin just tell her if you earn a lot from bitcoin you can buy whatever you want. She will say what ever i want? "Yes" your right whatever you want. From makeup , Bags, Luxury Items, Jewelry and fancy things. Even car? Yes Even Pink car you can buy from it just be patience and earn more.
I think there is no need for motivation. People just need to be educated about bitcoin. Tell them the advantages and the profitability of bitcoin. I guess there are already a lot of women that are into bitcoin. Interest to bitcoin is not based by gender but per individual.

I think there is increased adoption of BTC among both men and women, to get more women involved we need to make it a mainstream topic and make it easy and convenient to use then both men and women would be involved with BTC, regarding the low number of women here now is because The percentage of women interested in technical and electronic aspects is limited and therefore less women than males here.

You can motivate them by telling the benefit of the Bitcoin as it is a future currency. More you teach them, the better it is for them.
