Depression is a status of mind.Whenever we can not do anything according to our plan, we suffer from depression.
We can watch tv,chat with our friends and relatives,play our favourite games and sports etc to overcome depression.

Hi, I just wanna ask how to overcome depression? I have a friend and she keeps telling me that she don't to live anymore and that it is better to die, she has lot of problems but she just keep it on her own, she is so depress and i can't find the right words to make her feel better. And also can't a person overcome depression on his/her own?

Well, in this case, I would advise the psychoanalyst. But if a person refuses to go to him, then you need to urgently change something, work for example, or a circle of communication

Yea but how you overcome your emptiness and loneliness? For example I feel really depressed for a long time already because I can't find an interesting things to do in my life. I studied the boring specialty in university for 5 years, after that I had a boring work from which I was fired because of that. I don't really like to communicate with people, but a few weeks ago I found like a best girl in my entire life but looks like she is not interested in me, so now I feel even worse then ever. When you have no close friends, no support, no interesting things to do in your life, no goals and etc... It's really hard to overcome, you know.

Forst of all you have to understand that depression can't be handled alone. You need to have support from friends and family. The worst thing you can do would be to believe that you can overcome it all by yourself. That's one of the major factors that causes depression in the first place, being alone. Open yourself up to other people who are willing to help you out.

If I feel depressed I go out and listen with good music .in my opinion always smile just forget the problem because life is amazing enjoy your life.

Depression is a serious illness, it may cause death. The best cure I know is to consult a psychiatrist and have a counselling then always communicate with your family and friends.

Keep yourself busy do something that would consume your time and do something useful,
Keep yourself entertain maybe watch some movie or listen to some music.

You should seek help. Depression is really difficult to over come. Even good words or advice will not do. If you want to do your part, just make your friend feel that you are always there for her and try to always make her happy.

Seek help. Look for someone who you can talk to.. And tell your problems, reason of your depression and what triggers it.
Be with your family or friends,seek some advice and they will help however they can. But most importantly, help yourself too. Every answer and solution lies to oneself.

More time to rest and sleep is the best antidote for depression. Meditation, taken in proper food with more water can also reduce your depression.

The causes of depression are several factors, there are biological factors and psychosocial factors. We must know well the main cause of our friend's depression. The depressing person needs a friend who can direct into the positive things. We can ask them to play sports, take a walk, have meal,  watch movies and others.
We explain to him about being grateful and sincere. Actually there are still many people whose destiny is worse than us. And we ask them to be closer to God.

It is very difficult to get out of depression on your own. If possible, you need to see a doctor. After all, many do not consider it really a disease, although it is a disease.

It depends on the person and there is no formula on how to neat depression. In my own experience, its all about accepting yourself onbwho you are and live for yourself and not on other people's expectation. Appreciate the people who didn't give up on you when you sre depressed and always find something to do. An idle mid is the devil's closet so make sure you are doing something to avoid thinking negative. Always look on the brightside.

How to overcome deprssion

1. Eat more HAPPY food that's full of endorphins. chocolate, salmon etc
2. Count your blessings. being alive is already a blessing in itself. How about your car, clothes, food, wifi, bitcoin, etc.
3. Respond dont react to thing. our negative outlook on life will only compound when more problems and bad things happen.
Bad things will always happen but its how we respond to them that makes life worth living.
4. make goals and review them daily. have something to live for is better than having nothing to live for.

Dealing with depression is very hard but there are some tips how to overcome your depression by finding ways to relieve the pressure and regain uncontrol,come up with the list of things that you can do for quick mood boost like doing things that relax you and energize you..

Don't shut yourself in. Find motivation through something, talk to someone, I had been there, overcame by finding a goal. Now when I look back, I'm glad i've been in one.
Talking to people is the most effective way of combating depression because if care is not taken the depressed person will become a danger to him/her self and to society as a whole and that never works well for anyone.
