The good time to sell your tokens is just after it get listed on exchange in my opinion.It may increase its value if the token is good but most of the tokens will go to zero since its gets listed on the exchange gradually. If you think that token will give you alot of profit by just holding it for long time just hold it, there is no good time to sell a token because no one knows if the price will increase or it will dump, sell your token if you are satisfied with the profit. Every coin in possession must be guided by a plan. Holders must know at what price range to sell each coin after researching into the capabilities of the coin. Just set a price half of the ICO price if the project is not good and 1.10 price or don't sell it immediately if the project is really great and has a use case. .There is no good time, it will be depends on your point of view.
Some peoples think the good time to sell is when the coin price is higher than the ICO sale price, like 2x from ico price.
But for other peoples, when its price gone above 10%, that is the good time to sell for them.
People will always want to sell the tokens if the price can be higher than the ICO price especially for the bounty hunters because they want to make a profit from the tokens. I don't think that is a dilemma for you because you can sell your tokens in anytime you want, but if you want to make a bigger profit, then you might wait until the price can increase higher. But there is no guarantee for you to sell at the very highest price because you don't know if the price can increase higher or not.

Yes, it's up to you! I lost a lot of money last year, lots of my shitcoins became worthless during the bear market. Unfortunately, I can't throw them in the sell order in time. Since I have learned a lot and having recognize a good time to sell a coin at least. Like 2x from ICO price, gain above 10%-20% are the part of my plan! Some peoples think the good time to sell is when the coin price is higher than the ICO sale price, like 2x from ico price.

The best thing to do to know if the coin is to join the telegram group of the project because from there you will notice that mostly of bounty hunters are going to dump their rewards coins after listing in an exchange and mostly of these projects are dead after that dumped.
