First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.

I tried two things so far:

1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing

But it backfired every time. How did you stop?

Hello! I'm from Russia. He smoked for 12 years. The method about which I will tell is suitable only for those who know the value of their word.
Without money and things to argue with, we gave each other the honor to not smoke for one year. If I lit a cigarette would be a liar (in Russia called "FUFLO"). Here and I do not smoke already
 second year.
At first I wanted to, but then stopped. Friends value your word. There is nothing more than a word.

The most effectiveway to stop smoking is you can just slowly cut back how much you smoke from day to day and week to week. You take yourself form a pack a day to a pack a week and then a cigarette every other day. This gradually depletes the amount of nicotine in your body and makes the cravings easier to resist, but it may not work for everyone

To stop to smoke you have to become a non-smoker. This sounds like a joke but it is not. You really have to modify your perception of the whole issue of smoking, so that you don't even seek it, or wish it. Otherwise you would likely start again at some point.

I know it wasn't that simple to stopped it but if you're dedicated to put an end on it, I'm sure you're able to do it. I have a lot of friends that already overcome their addiction in smoking they commit on sports and daily exercise for aiding their respiratory system that has been exposed on smoke for a long time.

To really stop smoking you have to know the side effect of smoking, it will trigger your desire to stop smoking. Start learning a new hobby that will keep you busy, like learning musical instrument or indoor/ outdoor game, make new friends that will take you away from what will trigger you to smoke, read stories of people that successfully stop smoking.

It's about self discipline. If you want to stop then you can stop right away. it's only the set of mind that hinds you to stop smoking. We all know that all the things that we want if we have determination and self discipline then we can do it, even its hard but we must do it for our own good.

if you are addicted it is not easy to stop but if you made up your mind to stop it you will. it is just like to challenge yourself about something important , and above all pray about it.

Smoking is dangerous for our health. This affects not only the active smoker, but also the passive smoker. Smoking can be stopped by distracting the attention that is occupied. I'm against tobacco smoking!

No matter what method you are doing, an important part of quitting is to build the quit plan that works for you. Pick a quit date that gives you time to prepare without losing your motivation. Tell friends and family that you are quitting. Get rid of all cigarettes and ashtrays from your home, work, and car. Figure out your smoking triggers, and decide how you’re going to deal with them.

To quit smoking, you must motivate yourself to push harder emotionally and physically. You must have a mindset that is ready to avoid cigarettes. Better try to replace it by chewing gum or candies or try to reward yourself everytime to get rid of it. Think of the wellness of your health and the future of your family without you, I think that would help you motivate yourself.

It was tying me up in emotional knots, and it wouldn’t let me go. So, I decided to run the problem through the four universal steps of Begin a New Life. As I continued working, I did the following:

Took an honest look at myself.
Recognized and acknowledged my part in the problem.
Prayed to the Lord for help and power in resisting that part.
Began a new life.
