I presume the number of people neglecting organic food production has drastically increased over the years, people tend to focus more on tech and have forgotten that food is a necessity for humanity to exist. If everybody gets into tech and abandon agriculture, the golden question will be, 'what will humanity feed on'?
Irrespective of our technological engagements, we should consider agriculture as everyone's responsibility and also channel loads of resources and fundings to it since it is the only way to support locals to get into commercial agriculture.
Seriously, there has been a big push towards technology and away from traditional agriculture. It seems we have forgotten that food is essential for our survival and that technology alone can not solve all of our problems. I think we should focus on agritech in that case so that we can combines agriculture and technology. Agritech is the use of things like drones, sensors, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and sustainability in farming.
However, individuals alone can not achieve this but government policy can have a huge impact on the way agriculture is practiced and it can be a really powerful tool for supporting farmers and local economies. Governments can play a really important role in supporting local agriculture through things like subsidies, tax breaks, and infrastructure investments. Some countries have programs that offer grants to farmers who adopt more sustainable practices like using less water or reducing the use of pesticides.
Food shortages are a serious problem that must be resolved immediately by the government, climate change is one of the causes of Penen failure, drought or floods that hit can cause the entire agricultural area to have a negative impact. Farmers need support to overcome climate changes that often occur in a region. Irrigation channels must be built so that water supply runs smoothly, the government also needs to build dams to accommodate water reserves in anticipation of the dry season.
The role of the government is very helpful in increasing food productivity, farmers must be embraced by the government, your cooperation between the government and farmers will produce abundant harvests. The government also needs to eradicate the food mafia which often manipulates market prices. Prosperity in a region will be perfect if the government intervenes to help overcome all problems that can hamper the economic cycle in its region.
I think the issue of population growth is among the factors that contribute to this shortage of food across the globe. the world's population is growing rapidly, and there's increasing pressure on food systems to keep up.You're actually right and that's why I said that it's not an individual task alone. Government must step up into the matter. The good thing is that, government are not sleeping over the issue because in my country, the government has established a number of programs that provide subsidies for farmers as well as funding for research and development.
