food shortage has never been a concern in country outside the warring region i assume, the productivity of agriculture using modern technology has significantly increased the production over the course of the year that it make basic ingredient for food affordable meanwhile also raising the quality.

but for those that really have food shortage, there's no other way than hoarding the food, after all thats the only way obtaining food because frankly speaking you can't really cut your daily consumption and still having healthy bodies.
