You should be wondered I think because you have nothing to qualify you for such rewards, imagain you expecting same reward an hero member receives for both of you doing same signature campaign. And what do yo expect from a project sharing up to a billion for bounty campaign am sure the least person there will have enough even it has no value
Calculate the future results token can bring to you. If the the profit is coming by hodling then hold, otherwise sell and get another coin that can bring you profit or you can also change it to your national currency.

Obtaining a huge token in bounty is going to be achieved by those who really worked hard for it. Like for example, in bounty campaings, like Signature, those who have high rank from full member to legendary is obtaining too much token in compared to other lower ranks, that is because of their commitment and hardwork.

I want to ask if you don't know that you can sell it on exchanges so that you can earn money on it? Well, if you don't know maybe you can try to search out in the internet to find the best exchanges that is suitable for your tokens.
I just got paid recently by a huge amount of tokens in signature campaign. And i sell all of them and buy back again for trading. But, not all the time i sell all of them and i still have huge amount of Telcoin tokens for long-term hold. Right now I'm planning to sell some of my least favorite tokens for some quick buck.
You are very lucky because from the beginning of 2018 I have yet to get a valuable token. but I did not despair and continued to be passionate about being a bounty hunter and occasionally I also did trade because I think at the moment trading is the best way to get profits.
I am very afraid to upset people who today believe that you will get big rewards for participating in the bounty. Nothing like this will happen. Today, this is no more than a chance to get some pennies.

Yes you are right for that, many ICO projects provide a large number of tokens for bounty hunters, but after a long wait they only get disappointment, because a large number of tokens obtained are only trash in the wallet, so I think it's better to get small tokens that can be sold, rather than getting large quantities of tokens but cannot be sold.

Due to what happened with the price of tokens in 2018, regardless of how many tokens a bounty hunter gets, most of them tries to sell tokens as soon as possible. Unfortunately, but as a result of very large drops in prices, everyone is afraid that the project will fall and finally they will lose everything.

In my opinion, what must be done first is to know how this token can develop. If the token has a good future, then I will choose Hold. However, if the token does not have a good prospect, then sell is the right choice and then buy Bitcoin.

It depends on situation of the market. Right now, tokens got during bounties really worthless as market is really in bad shape. Tokens when they launch almost are 30 to 40 times down to their launch ICO token sale due to BTC downfall.
Yes, there are companies that really pay well for remuneration, but most of them lose their initial value when entering the stock exchange, so I just keep coins, projects need time to develop.

I am from those people who keep tokens to the end. because those campaigns in which I participate - are projects in which I am sure for 100 percents
How much someone actually gets tokens depends on how big total supply is.
If the total supply is 800k, then 80k it is 10 percent and it would be an unimaginably large reward. However, if the total supply is 800m then it is only 0.01 percent. It is still not little, but the difference is very large. Always bounty reward you must compare to total supply.

It's not your problem anymore on what the bounty hunters are going to do with their rewards.
Much better if you just mind your own business and start focusing on your goals, making more with trading and improving your skills in trading. This is better than to think of what others are going to do with their own money although I really don't care too since I'm not into bounties.

It depends on the price and project it self. If the price is high im sure they will sell it or just sell half of the tokens. If the project have a lot of potential they will hold for a while and read the current situation.
