It is all up to you. But this is my point of view, what if you sell it all today. If it is equivalent to roughly $100 today (example only) but if you hodl then the price of that Altcoin grows 100 times from its value today? If you say that you will not regret it then you can go selling.

Hold your coins and invest more right now! Everybody's portfolio has decreased and lost a lot of value but it does not mean that crypto currencies are dead. Be strong and if you have some funds invest more.

I have checked my portfolio for some months, i don't want to make myself sad there is no point in checking portfolio that has refused to increase for 10 months, when bitcoin move to higher position altcoins will move and i can then think of seeing my portfolio again, we have get use to the present reality.
