First of all, the ICO thing is not guessing game.
You will loss if you don't choose the best ICO that offers real use cases.
All of the ICO you mention above are not even worthy to invest.
There is so many GEM out there, explore and you will know how profitable ICOs are, DYOR.

There are still very good ICOs in the market. As regards that ICO you invested in and that you were not happy about, went bad, because you did not carryout adequate research before investing into such coins. Research is very essential when it comes to investing into ICO or even any coin that is already listed in the market. If you can do that effectively well, the level of risk will be minimal.
Yeah that's easy trap to get trapped in, you find some scam ICO, you bring all of your money there, you get scammed, and that's a result, you lose all your faith in ICO completely. It seems to happen with you bro, but don't be desperate, there is still many great projects on the stage.
Now is not the best time to invest in ICOs, you have to wait a couple of months. It is better to buy coins that are already traded on exchanges.

I do not think it could hardly ever affect BTC and ETH.
What about ICOs these days agreed to many scams around.
in general, ICO is good only for a certain business and in no case is suitable for everyone. but, as I understand it, the reason for your mistrust - you stumbled upon scammers ... be more careful and follow the projects in which you are participating.
Right now many ICO investor losses their investment because market condition. Many token have price below ICO price. If we are confident with our token, i think we should not panic with market condition right now, better hold it for next 6 months

I think investing in ICOs is still good, but investments need to be considered. I usually buy ICO at the time they just pay the usual bounty, then the price will drop sharply. 
I think you are right, i feel bad for investors because they can't get what they invested for as e result of deceitful icos who lie to investors just to collect fund from investors which after they don't develop the project anymore and the token become valueless.

I agree with you, there is many ICO which just became trash. That the reason why I did not believe ICO anymore. I think it's better to invest in strong coin and hold for long time than make your money losses.

Another strategy is that you can hold USD and waiting for down market, token will go much lower than its ICO price, these day is black friday in cryptocurrency market, no need to hold for 6 months but still got profit
In this bearish market, every ICO will reach its ICO price or even below it, you have to carefully consider which one to invest, real hype project can help you to earn at least x3 in this market, if you get loss, you failed in finding and evaluating project 
Still there are normal ICO. It's just that they've become much harder to find, since scammers are already in full swing in this market.
