I would hold on to the majority of them and do a little investing. Or maybe you have some idea that you would like to do with some extra cash? I.e. fund a small project or a world trip?
Oh, I wish I were you!!! I think you can chose the 1st and 2nd options and it will be good both. The 1st one is more reliable and the 2nd one can be more profitable.
I recommend you to just hold it because bitcoin is already an investment. Bitcoin in the future will be much more expensive and do not sell bitcoin even if you need money.
Looking at how you earned your bitcoins, I think that 2nd option is the best for you, because you have the intuition and the courage to make the right decisions and choose the right suggestions. But, if I was you, I hold on the bitcoins.
I think it is better if you hold your coins for a while more. Bitcoin's price is rising gradually and maybe you can catch better profits by holding.

Well cash out half asap. The rest you can diversify into some ICO's , like TokenPay. This is a must for everyone of us.

Depends if you need the money - personally I would be holding Bitcoin for now 12 coins is a nice amount

store them in an hard wallet, Ledger trezor keepkey or opendime, store it safe and forgot about it, put an alarm clock for 2021 and go to buy an house, a car and all you have always dreamed
If you could increase your balance to 12 btc from 1000 usd, you should give us some advices. How could you do it? Especially when all altcoins are going down it is really very hard to increase bitcoin quantity. You should share your portfolio.

Good job, just diversify and make sure you have clean safe storage so it doesn't get stolen and keep investing then just take off the top for living expenses and keep growing your bankroll!
Well my uncle was in a similar situation, so i am gonna tell you what he did.
He sold 4 of them, around 16K and kept the rest of them. Now he diversified this money in IOTA, ETH, XMR, LTC(for stability and profits) & Bitcoin Gold/Cash9forgot which one he invested in. He told me that this was the wisest decision he made in his entire life cause each of these currency is now Booming and have already paid him good profits(Amount Undisclosed). So i suggest you do the same cause i think BTC will touch even greater heights but it has too many risks and the point that it may still be a bauble and not S.

You have 12 BTC that means you have over $150000. That is really a big money. I think you should hold a half and use the rest of Bitcoin for traveling around the world. 
And waste 150000$? No way, i think he should buy himself a house. Or do what he already was doing and maybe try to make 100 bitcoins out of that 12.

12 BTC is really amazing, I'm with you. I would hold 10 bitcoins, I would place 1 BTC to ethereum and I would seperate 1 BTC for my token sale participations to multiply my budget.
Hold your Bitcoin if the price reaches after 2month i think price grow 25000 doler in expected to be honest hold that bitcoins. if u want to invest than sell 1 or max 2 btc.

I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least.
My question is, what do I do now?
As far as I can see, I have 4 options;
1) Hold the Bitcoin
2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin
3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.
4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)
Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea. I will earn my living of cryptocurrencies.

Initially, I put it all into Bitcoin during the massive FUD of the fork around June when Bitcoin dipped to $1,900. Then I put half my money into NEO before all of the hype at around $12 and cashed out at $40. Then I invested in a couple ICO's and turned a pretty good profit of off the hype. After that, I got back in on NEO as soon as China announced the regulations regarding ICO's and rode the wave back from around $20 to $40 (I can't quite remember). Then, I rode the hype of Ethereum Dark, eBitcoin and a few other airdrop scams. Finally, I got in on Wincoin before it got to coinmarketcap and turned a 20x profit.
My question is, what do I do now?

to be honest hold that bitcoins. if u want to invest than sell 1 or max 2 btc. neo at 12$ was great. maybe u should reinvest in neo with 1 btc.
