Actually ill just only holding 7 different kinds of coins and i think this coins that ill hold have some potential to increase the value but for now it was have only in a low price so best way to sell my coins is to hold it first.
I have been holding 10 Ethereum For several years and know that in December 2018 I will become a little richer. I plan to buy a few NEO.
For me i have many coins but i just make some research about all of them and this are the one's i will like to hodl for a long period of time. Why because the have great inventions.

I have a lot of coins, but I want to say about one-it's KIN! This coin is very promising, and now very cheap, I recommend it to everyone to buy, now very few people know about this currency, but when they find out will be too late!

At the moment, all my assets in cryptocurrency are contained in Ethereum, Litecoin, Zcash, Ripple. I keep them for about a year.

I like ETH and I hold some of it. I also like monero and waves. Waves can make much better with a better marketing. I also have some ico tokens too but they're not reliable as ETH for me. Just saying.

Personally, I dont put a timeline about how long I am going to hold a coin, it mostly depends a lot many times on the roadmap about future updates and the market sentiments around it.
List of coins I am actually holding long enough now:
BTC
ETH
NEO
DRGN

1.2 ZEC, since last year, has chosen only because of the simplicity in mining and the support of many crypto-exchanges. Everyone is waiting for her growth (not very stable).
Currently the 2 altcoin that I hold the most are ETH and NEO. Both of these altcoin have a lot of community and are the foundation for developing ICO projects on its platform. These are very important factors to help the value of these two altcoin is stable and growth in the coming time.
I'm a fan of Digipulse (DGPT), which is a digital inheritance token. First company to tackle the digital inheritance industry via the blockchain. I like investing in companies with completed platforms and that have a good use case for the future. Digipulse fills both of those needs and will be huge once more crypto millionaires are made during the next big bull run. Definitely a HODL coin for the future and one to keep an eye on!
I figure You should add a couple of more coins to your portfolio. You are feeling the loss of a couple of high potential cryptographic forms of money. I have around 15 coins in my portfolio. A couple of coins I have been holding for a couple of years. Coins I have been holding for long are Bitcoin, some Ethereum, some Litecoin and a sensible measure of Dogecoin. Aside from these, I have likewise been holding a couple of a greater number of coins for over a half year.
Everybody has the purpose behind holding a particlar coin. I am recentlly holding Twist and Senderon which will be for a here and now by my forecast, while my BTC , Lite, Ethereum and Dash will be for a significant lot are my projection for their hold. Everybody relies upon their possibilities, capacity and limit in the market.

in holding the coin for a long time we can not predict the price of coins will rise in high numbers, better sell the coins if it has exceeded the price of coins when purchased, and buy back when the coin prices declined. the coins I hold today are ETH, LTC, XRP
