To my mind you are right. Alternative cryptocurrecnies shouldn't be sold in the wrong time and with wrong price. There are too much profit from them.

Don't give, I totally agree with you, a few years from now we should be in a good place, but do watch market cycles and if you can, try to day trade for profits also, to hedge against your losses, average down on your buys and also have some money spare to average in your buys on those inevitable dips. I learned my lesson now and am looking at crypto from three different dimensions, earn a living, take profits from trading and growing long-term bags. We can do all three, even in a bear market. It took me tog et to near extinction to realize this lol.

They are panic peoples i think. They sell their coins to cut their loss for them. A strong holders and believers of bitcoin never sell at this kind of price.

Cardano is a good coin to hold, i am currently holding some eth in my wallet and dont want to sell it in this sh*t price.
Most of here are don't want to sell their assets because it's a huge losses if they do that. And we need to wait for the better market and see the profits when it comes. But bear in mind that it depends on the coin that we hold, if it's having a huge potential.

i'm one of the bitches that sold cardano actually for $0.90, i was amaze at how we go crazy at a token that has no product yet but yes we all are hopeful that this cardano will bounce up again. but i prefer to see coins stay low until things are way clearer for ETF.

This idea may be a mistake in financial markets that you don't stop your losses!
When you bought 1000 ADA at $0.15 (just for example) and wait for it increasing to $0.2, but actually, it dumped to $0.10 (& still in a downtrend), you still do not sell it. And then it dropped to $0.05$ => You have 1000 ADA with about 70% loss.
But in the same situation, you cut your loss at $0.1 => You get $100 for 1000 ADA and then you buy it back at $0.05 => You get 2000 ADA.

Nothing bad happened, everything goes as it should, and you do not need to sell altcoins now, because you will lose money, patience and strong nerves will bring income in the future, everything will be fine patience. Selling too early might be risky whiles holding for a very long time might also be risky. The good strategy to use is to follow the project you hold their token. If the project is really going well as expected, then never sell your coins early. If not then do the opposite.

The altcoin price nowadays is constantly dumping in the market that why selling is not good idea. Keep holding altcoin nowadays is the best way to do until it rise again. If you losing faith today you were losing profit in the future. Keep holding your altcoin as long as needed and maybe one day the price of it will rise to the higher point of it.
