Ops the best batsman from new zealand Daryl Mitchell got out by Mohammed Shami. Mohammed Shami has been playing very well and has single-handedly taken five wickets for New Zealand. It was sure that India would win the match but everyone expected that since India set such a huge target, New Zealand would win by a margin of 200 runs. However, New Zealand recovered a lot and went on to lose the match by quite a few runs. Such a beautiful game of New Zealand really surprised the audience

New Zealand now need 153 runs from 72 balls. New Zealand's batsmen have to collect about 13 runs per over. It is much more difficult to collect 13 runs in an over against experienced bowlers. Now Indian bowlers bowling is very controlled. Indian fielders missed a lot of fielding in this match. I have not seen such bad fielding from Indian fielders in any other match of this World Cup.

New Zealand started playing very well after losing 2 wickets in the first 10 overs but if they had continued their performance from the beginning of the game, they might have surpassed the target set by India and set a record in this World Cup. I think New Zealand can cross 350 runs if Daryl Mitchell is not out. Because he is helping New Zealand to cross 300 runs against a strong team like India. He scored 132 runs alone and is still playing. At the start of the game it was not believed that New Zealand would be able to cross 300 runs but they did it. So even if they don't win the match, it will give them a lot of joy

The dropping of Williamson's wicket was a bad gap for the team if he had stood for some more time the scenario would have been changed now but I think dropping off its wicket is good for the team now because he missing a lot of balls. He scored 69 runs on 73 balls. He is a captain and we expect a century from him I'm these 73 balls but let's see if Phillip will regain the deficiency williamsons, the Mitchills doing great did 122 runs on 111 balls and still stands hope he will do some more runs and leading towards 180 plus. Now the score is 291 with the loss of 4 wickets in 42 overs remaining 8 overs and I don't think they will do this.

New Zealand still need 168 runs off 85 balls. If Williamson was not out, maybe the speed of the game would have been better. Immediately after Williamson was out, another batsman was out. New Zealand is under some pressure after losing two wickets in a row. Now New Zealand's last hope is Daryl Mitchell. If he plays as well as Australia's Maxwell, he can take New Zealand today. India's batsman Md Sami is bowling brilliantly, taking four wickets alone. However, today's match is still in India's possession. Mohammed Shami just changed the match situation completely, picking two wicket back to back after dropping a catch and India is back in the game and more pressure back to New Zealand. Shami did it again when all Indian bowlers were not able to get wickets. The third wicket of Williamson the captain of the New Zealand side gone with a brilliant bowling by Shami. This guy is delivering where none of the Indian bowlers can get a wicket. He got 4 wickets and it might be another day he would or might get a fifer and register his name in the history. What an amazing game of cricket we might be watching today as Shami delivered when India needed wickets. Again this guy is changing the game in favour of India and making him an exceptional bowler for India.

After losing two wickets for 39 runs, New Zealand lost their third wicket for 220 runs. Williamson and Daryl Mitchell batted brilliantly and these two batsmen managed to reduce the run gap a lot. Williamson got out after collecting 69 runs from 73 balls. Mohammad Shami took all four wickets of New Zealand. Apart from Shami, we are not seeing controlled bowling from any Indian bowler

New Zealand need 178 runs in 17 overs to win. It is not an easy task. New Zealand batsmen must collect more than 10 runs in every over. Had Williamson been at the crease, New Zealand's chances of victory would have been slim. But after losing the wickets of Williamson and Tom Latham, I don't think New Zealand have any chance of winning.

New Zealand may still not be able to make it (the target is way too high) but the way Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell batted all these overs is just out of this world. They had all sorts of pressure, at 41-2 and wow, can't believe it is now 214 for 2. The longer they can take it the match, the more chances they will have better chances of winning this semi final.

India hasn't been tested by any team yet and this is their first test and that too in the semi finals. I never thought New Zealand to fight this hard after being smashed for 397 runs.

I still don't understand why the Indian captain is not bringing Mohammed Shami to bowl. He has taken both the wickets to fall so far (those of Devon Conway and Rachin Ravindra), and so far his figures are 4-0-26-2. They need to bring Shami before the match slips out of their hand. One more wicket and India will be in very comfortable situation in this match. Right now, the Indians are sticking with Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav. This pair has failed to take any wickets, and I don't know why Rohit doesn't want to bring Mohammed Shami or Mohammed Siraj.
