Pakistan looking good for now they have only lost a wicket and have scored 68 runs. The wicket for now seems to be favouring Pakistan batters. Not sure how long it will remain the same as seen in the past. Babar Azam is looking better than what he was while playing against the Indian bowlers. At the moment the current run rate is below 5, it is not that tough to get it above 5 for Pakistan. The only issue that they might face if another rain delay happens and Srilanka ask for DLS review. That would be bad for Pakistan since they have a bad current run rate.

I can understand what you are saying about Wellalage, but Shadab Khan? He is the primary reason why Pakistan lost to India. Pakistani spinners were completely out of sorts and the Indian batsmen treated them like club bowlers.
I think you are underestimating a quality all rounder like shadab no doubt he has bad performance against India but you can't ignore his previous best performance for behalf of single match performance, most of the time he took important wickets for Pakistan and show his class and I am sure that he will comback stronger and will shut mouth of all haters, it's true every player has bad time but it has limit and soon it will over and he will again shine like a star

I see no need to focus on Nrr in the match today. Because both Sri Lanka and Pakistan teams played 2 matches of Super Four and won 1 each. Both teams have 2 points, the team that wins today will have a total of 4 points. The team that wins the match today will directly play in the final. If Pakistan's Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf are missing in today's match then it will be difficult for Pakistan to win the match. Today's match is a do or die match for both teams. The game will be really interesting and competitive game today.

I can understand what you are saying about Wellalage, but Shadab Khan? He is the primary reason why Pakistan lost to India. Pakistani spinners were completely out of sorts and the Indian batsmen treated them like club bowlers. I don't understand why it is so hard for Pakistan to find quality spinners from their domestic setup. This is the same country that once produced legendary spinners like Saqlain Mushtaq, Mushtaq Ahmed and Danish Kaneria. Even Shoaib Malik and Yasir Shah were good, but now they have ordinary spinners like Shadab Khan.

We are $ucked if Bumrah faces another injury lol. His presence in the team gives a big boost to bowling.

I have a different opinion on this. I would rather say that a potential injury to Bumrah will not be much damaging for India's prospects. Bumrah can be replaced with Shami. He may not be as quick as Bumrah, but he is also a wicket taker. And if multiple bowlers get injured, then there is a good backup strength in the form of Arshdeep Singh, Mukesh Kumar and Avesh Khan. Right now, India should not be bothered about some of their players getting injured and becoming unavailable to play. The team balance is looking really good at this point.
Chahal is not in the WC squad anyway. All this monkey balancing (in a good way) is going on because of batting depth and also 3 front-line seamers don't make sense in the Indian conditions.

This combination sounds good. But then, Bumrah needs to be fit. In case Bumrah gets injured, then the equilibrium will get disrupted. I guess in that case the seam combination would be Siraj+Shami+Hardik+Thakur. Anywaym the team balance looks good, with the presence of so many allrounders. Seam-bowling allrounders were always a rarity in Indian cricket, but now there are two of them - Hardik and Shardul. And then Venkatesh Iyer is waiting in the sidelines. Absolutely Right at Start of Asia Cup and first win against Nepal Pakistan is favourite to win this Asia cup but after A big defeat against India by 228 runs India is favourite to win this Asia Cup. No doubt Pakistan has best pace attack in the world but after two main fast bowlers injured Naseem Shah ruled out of Asia Cup 2023 and Haris Rouf ruled out match against Sirlinka. I think Zaman Khan will replaces Naseem Shah in playing 11 against Sirlinka. I imagine this is a particularly good time for India as their batting and bowling can be said to be incredibly dangerous. The match against Sri Lanka was a puzzle for everyone and i took a personal gamble with my friends in this match where i won. You see India batting side is very good but they also have the best spin bowlers. I know that everyone is so sure in this Asia Cup that any team of India and Pakistan can win this Asia Cup but only the final match is waiting. Also personally i bet india that they can win asia cup.

They are struggling as a bowling side, they were once known for their bowling attack. They have no clue as to why their number 1 batting side got destroyed. The Captain of Pakistan has issues in taking decision as the management is controlling him. By management, it is the PCB which now being controlled by someone who has never palyed international cricket or even cricket.

Perhaps travelling back and forth between Pakistan and Sri Lanka impacted the performance of the Pakistani players. Before the start of the Asia Cup, they were being favored to win the trophy, because they had a very strong batting lineup (Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman) and perhaps the best pace attack for any of the participants in this edition of the Asia Cup (Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf).
