Losing 7 wickets for 91 runs, the Australian team lost 7 wickets for 293 runs and won by 3 wickets. Can't believe how Maxwell won this match. It is actually nothing but a kind of miracle in cricket but also a misfortune for Afghanistan. Yes Afghanistan could have got a few wickets but it must be said that Afghanistan lost today's match due to poor fielding. Australia won today's match and they have qualified for the semi-finals and will most likely face South Africa in the semi-finals.

This is called one man army performance. Cricket lovers who watched this match today I think mostly fell in love with Maxwell's performance. Maxwell singlehandedly won the Australian team today. When I saw that seven wickets had fallen, I thought Australia would not get past 150 runs today. Max Well Magically Prove Me Wrong. Today I saw the proof of why these players are called legends.
I think many gamblers lost their bets today just because of Maxwell's great performance. Anyway lots of respect for Maxwell and also congrats to him that he is the man who recorded double century on odi format in Australian cricket history.

Actually Maxwell was lucky today so I don't want to blame Afghanistan fielders only. Moreover, after LVW was given out by the umpire, he got the wicket back by taking his review and after that he he don't need to looked back.

Everyone will become clueless if someone is striking the ball in that way, literally no foot work, cramps, back spasm and just made it just with his hand and eye alone. Best ever innings, and he surpassed Kapil Dev's 1983 knock to be honest.

Mad max show, and happy to watch the entire innings. SA vs AUS will be playing semi's and clearly the number 6 can be loading in their mind now.

The team lost the first wicket by 4 runs. After losing the second wicket for 43 runs, the team lost four top-order batsmen to collect 6 more runs. Glenn Maxwell is playing one gem of an innings but he is struggling with his back as he had an accident playing golf during the World Cup and if he could stand till the end then this would be the greatest innings played in the history by scoring runs single handedly chasing a huge total.
Afghanistan dropped a few catches and hope that wont cost them the match.

Afghanistan should somehow break this partnership and if they can do so then they can fight for a spot in the semi finals.
