DLS system in this case assumes that all the Pakistan batsmen will bat like Fakhar Zaman and will score at strike rate of 150-160. I don't think that it is the case and the Kiwis were just one wicket away from the win.

That is the case even if India fields their 3rd string team. And the Dutch doesn't seems to have learnt anything from the tournament so far.
