Does anybody know how long it takes to get the confirmation e-mail?
I sent BTC through Exodus...

Confirmation e mail forwarded to me nearly 24 hours later. it may not come directly. Wait a bit and if the problem persists, contact the developers via telegram.

If I want to use BTC to buy into this ICO, what do I put for the "BitCoin wallet the payment will come from:" section?  I Know how to generate receiving addresses, but How do I find out my sending address?  Using Electrum btw

Electrum > Addresses tab > right click on a funded address > Spend from

You may need to shuffle enough funds into one address using the same method first.

This will certainly help!

Thanks everyone for the fast replies!  I did some research and was confused because there isn't technically a "sending" address in bitcoin.  My best guess was to use a receiving address with funds, but I didn't want to risk losing any funds.  Paying with ETH seems easier since it's already an ERC20 coin(s).

It's not always the same. Usually the next day, but it depends on different factors. If there is no confirmation within 24 hours, you can send an e-mail to the project team.

Nice! For a long time I did not use Electrum and did not know about this possibility. With managing inputs (bitcore) I find it easier.  Smiley

You can see you addresses on the "Addresses" tab of Electrum.
If you have one address with a non-zero balance only, then specify it.
If you have more than one address with a non-zero balance - yes, the sending (payment) addresses can be more than one too. In this case, specify the address with more balance. After receiving the confirmation e-mail, contact the team by e-mail and describe the situation. I guess they will ask you not for the address, but for the transaction hash. Or they will provide you separate address for your investment. I didn't invest in btc, so I'm not sure.

I am a lil bit confused could you please clear up some of my questions please?

1. So investing in the ICO you will receive both coins. Is there going to be 2 separate wallets for TRIA and CombiCoins or will the TRIA wallet be updated or something of that nature to hold your CombiCoin as well?
2. How will your coins be given to you if you invested in the ICO?
3. When will the TRIA wallet be available?
4. February 1st is the first expected payout in TRIA. How come you are not being paid in CombiCoin as well?
5. The expected profit share is 0.05 USD to 0.11 USD per TRIA token. As the value of TRIA or CombiCoin rises what is the likelihood of payouts for each coin being more than 0.11 USD?
1. You do not need a separate wallet. CombiCoin and TRIA are ERC-20 tokens. So, you can use, for example, MyEtherWallet.
2. The team will send tokens to your Ethereum address.
3. You do need a separate wallet.
4. Shares will be paid in ethereum (not in CombiCoin or TRIA).
5. The profit will depend on both the CombiCoin value and the trading volume.

Idea: it might be interesting for Triaconta to keep selling extra Combicoins after the ICO is over, directly through their website (without giving TRIA tokens). Maybe make these can be purchased at market price (with a small handling fee for Triaconta). It might be a bit of a hassle to do this manually, but it might generate some extra small profit and get more CombiCoins out there (which is good for everyone). You could set a minimum limit (let's say 1000 euro/USD) for this....

3. When will the TRIA wallet be available?

1. Both will be ETH based tokens, so you can just use your regular ETH wallet.
2. You specify your ETH address
3. /

4. Payouts will not be in TRIA, TRIA is only issued during the ICO. I went through the whitepaper again, but I didn't see in which token the payouts will happen. I assume this will be in CombiCoins. Maybe in ETH or USDT? Maybe somebody from Triaconta can answer this?
5. TRIA rise won't influence the profit directly imo. If the CombiCoin rises, there might be bigger margins, so more profit. If there's more profit then the TRIA price will probably rise as well.

I suggest you read the whitepaper, if you're going to invest in this, you might as well try and understand it completely.

https://triaconta.com/CombiCoin_Whitepaper.pdf

It has pretty detailed explainations on how the TRIA tokens generate profits for holders.

Basically though, the trading software they are developing will buy and sell Combi coins according to certain criteria, as detailed in the whitepaper:

Quote
Establishing a stable CombiCoin price and earn money

The software will scan any sell or buy order concerning a CombiCoin and will do the following two things:

1. If there is a buy order of a CombiCoin that is more than the value of the top 30. The software will create
and sell the CombiCoin and will buy the top 30 currencies automatically at the same time, generating
profit.

2. If there is a sell order of a CombiCoin that is less than the value of the top 30. The software will buy the
CombiCoin and sell the top 30 currencies automatically at the same time. The software will destroy the
CombiCoin, generating profit.

Is this software will be like a trading bot. Something similar to what some people use in exhanges. When certain criteria are met, the CombiCoins will be sold automatically and paid the tria token to investors for profit share ?

I guess it's time for the participants to ask a question that is actually there Smiley. When will bounty payments occur. maybe the team may be late because they are interested in other things.

So in theory, even if everyone starts selling their CombiCoins, a nice profit will still flow to the TRIA token holders.
Exactly. This is one of the main ideas of the project. CombiCoin is backed by assets from top-30, TRIA generate profit.

I hope they will also still keep selling the CombiCoin after the ICO is over (without giving more TRIA tokens off course). A larger market will benefit everyone. Currently it's not that clear on their website...
According to the whitepaper, CombiCoins will be sold after listing on exchanges too.
[/quote]
You are right, my bad. I re-read the section in the whitepaper. Their software will create new tokens and sell them through exchanges to people that put buy orders (providing the buy order is higher than the underlying assets). Hence a bit of profit will be made for every new token created, or every token bought.

So in theory, even if everyone starts selling their CombiCoins, a nice profit will still flow to the TRIA token holders.

Really excited about this project. With this pace 2,500,000 should be possible with a little more than 2 days left! Maybe 3,000,000 with btc going up.
Why would the BTC price influence the amount they raise? Positive market sentiment?

Yes if you have some profit you are more likely to invest imo
