But when I tried to put on paper just a simple "to do list" to have an idea of what is necessary, I realized how difficult is and how many sills and resources you need.
So, now I understand why so many ICOs don't work: I don't think the devs are real scammers; probably they started without a solid project, and then they found themselves overloaded and unable to handle the situation.

For scammers yes it's easy money but for real projects this is a chance to easily collect investment and start their projects. ICO's very helpful for real companies
