It depends on the ICO if you will choose perspective ICO which will have success, and turns out not to be as scam, than yes it is good investment. It's a good investment if the project is promising. Be aware that most of ICO turns to scam so be careful on what ICO should you invest. It must be a unique project that is usable even after the ICO so that people will still look forward on using it even after the ICO event. One should also look on the team behind it as most ICO's are just created for the sake of profit.

i suggest dont invest im ICO unless you personally know tje project most of the ICO was vanish after they traded in the market

I also agree with you. because as I know at this time many ICOs are popping up, not the least of them are just scam. so we as users should be more careful and vigilant. it's better to use ICO which is absolutely guaranteed.

So you need to be careful while investing in ICO. There is no regulatory body who can control ICOs so it's your duty to analyse and research an ICO properly before investing in it. You need to check various things while investing in ICO such as whether a working product is there or not. Also project behind ICO should have strong team. Website should have all the details. Whitepaper must explain everything. Roadmap should be clear. Also future usage of ICO tokens must be analysed. ICO should have good rating on different ICO rating websites.
