It's important to see where the crypto will be listed after ICO.  Lets say there was a well organized ICO with a solid team and whitepaper and their token was listed on Bittrex. We've got the key components for safely participating the crowdfunding. ICOrating and other social media platforms can also help with your decision making. If all the requirements ticked off you can go ahead of joining an ICO otherwise better off waiting to get them listed on an exchange first.

Mostly people does not aware that how to find the perfect ICO with skill. If you share that too it would be helpful to all the people buddy. With the white paper alone he can find the many information like road map, focus of the team, development team and token sale.  After getting into exchange you can get for higher price only not for cheap value.

50/50 .  There is not equal solution . If the project worth, my strategy  to buy during ICO campagne, if it's possible, so i feel me more confident.  But that's impossible to analyze and take a part in all good ico - so many times i bought tokens already on the exchanges, sometimes more expensive sometimes cheaper - in most cases  it is a small overpayment and doesnt really matter, because the a truly worthwhile project can give x100-x1000 in the next 2-3 years.

How about panic token selling that if the price under ico price, panic people will sell his token before that price down.
How affect of that for token price?
The panic selling will not be so long in my opinion, it will be recovering again as soon as possible, but you can try to take it as your chance to grab the more token at the cheap price. When you are realizing about there will be a bounce back again in the crypto and it can be considered as a golden chance to generate huge money through panic sell.
In the case, are there token price is down under ico price? Why its can happened?

How often does the price get lower than the ICO price when a new coin is listed on its first exchange house ?

How come there are coins that are worth like 0.0004 $, usually during an ICO one coin is sold in the range of 1$ or not ?

Do some "coins" skip the ICO stage ?

Unfortunately ICO has an unstable project for example if the price of 5$ ICO then appears in the market with a range of 4$ then the project is unstable, unnaturally sudden appearance and make the team work full but a little profit then the coin price will fall and but can again rise if the team is working properly.
Not all like that there is also a good project out there you better invest your funds in ICO course, well see the signature that I use and I see the success this year about Aida project.

mostly prices go lower to ICO due to bounties or project potential. However good projects always recover quickly. At ICO you get bonuses whereas after ICO there is no guaranteed price will be lower to sale level.
I agree with you, the average coin price after launch into the market will fall because of the bounty participants who usually sell their coins immediately and without holding back. so I think we better buy in exchange when the bounty hunter sell their coin so the price will have little discount.

Participants of bounty usually receive 1-2% of all tokens sold. Are You really think that they can significantly bring down the price? And they do not sell it immediately.

Anywhere, if You buy on the market, then it is better to wait some time after listing on the exchange. As a rule, the price will fall and volatility will decrease.

ICO are good multipliers and I think the best thing to make the risk less is check first if the price of the tokens are a bit expensive. If it's below thousand sats and low supply then you have found a gem ICO.

I personally just take it safe when the coin is listed on the exchange I will just buy it after seeing the development of the coin in a few days, because investing when the price of ICO I think has a big risk.

If the coin is listed to an exchange buy a coin you want because your point is good . Being listed to exchange is an assurance that the coin is not a scam coin because most of the coin on exchange has a value and you have nothing to worry about that your coin can be a scam coin.

I think this is my suggestion, if you have money for example, $250 in bitcoin and you want to invest in ICO, you can split that money to use for the ICO and don't use all of your money to ICO. I think you can use $100-$150 to invest in ICO and buy the tokens or coins and then you can use the other money to buy the other coins.

but maybe you can wait until the ICO is release on the exchanges if you are afraid to get scam from the ICO and I think this is another solution that you can make.

Both are good for investment. If you want to invest in ICO then go through the company's project details and read the white paper in details to track about the future prospect. But, for trading in exchange, you need to watch the price range in between the coin is trading. So that you get the lower point to invest.

Depend on the ICO I guess, but most of ICO doesn't look so convincing to be bought. Moreover you can not do any technical analysis except the maximum amount of the coin, so I can say buying in an exchange is more reliable.
But sometimes I do some deep research on an ICO to assure the legitimacy, and the quality, some of them are quite convincing, like the team, and affiliates are pretty great, that may be worth buying.

The most logical way for a coin to crash below its ICO value is if project is proved to be a scam
How come there are coins that are worth like 0.0004 $, usually during an ICO one coin is sold in the range of 1$ or not ?
You have to look at the supply to understand why some coins are valued less than others and for coins with a small supply expect price to be higher
Do some "coins" skip the ICO stage ?
You have to understand that not all coins on the market have held a token sale because at the time this was not a popular stage.

not many projects in the past year given the x's after the exchange. In my memory, the X10 was OMG ,x4 was in the cyber network .But they voted for Mr. Buterin. So this was expected ;Dof course it is necessary to consider the project globally and pick it up at lower levels after the reset of the crowd. But not the fact that the price will be less than the price of ISO.Although my licnese experience 80% of the project went into drawdown after the IPO

If you put in a big investment you'll get a better bonus, if you're a small fry just drop the ICO and hope that it drops on the Exchanges.

When a coin first enters an exchange it tends to go up very rapidly, some exchanges hold a voting among their users to see which coin to add, this means that whichever coin that is added has garnered a lot of interest already, what you need to do is to try to see if the coin is going to be listed immediately after the ico, if that is not the case you can wait and get a price better than the ico from people desperate with that situation but if the coin is going to be listed in an exchange immediately it may be a good idea to buy for ico prices.

for some promising ico is risky trying to buy after the ico end, look for example at dragonchain or wanchain that is very hyped for it's launch on exchanges.
sometimes it's convenient for the icos that go under ico price at the beginning or for endless ico where ethereum or bitcoint gained more valute than the token.
