I think if you read properly the Op first page then you can find that pioneer will be conducting ICO also, airdrop is for sometime after that ICO will start.

As far as I know, the conversion from ICOB coin to ICOT is over but the swap from ICOB-W to ICOT is active until 31st Aug.
