ICOs are still a very legit way for you to make a lot of money from the investment which you have made into the coins. The fact that the coins are sold for a very discounted price, so that you can get a lot of profit from selling the coins when the coins finally hit the exchanges. You should look up some ICOs that look legit so you can invest in them
No matter how many times this question gets asked on this forum, the answer is going to be the same and that is that most of the ICOs launching currently are nothing more than scams. Just have a look at their failure rates and you will understand. Investing in ICOs is going to be the riskiest investment you are going to make.

Usually you can understand whether project SCAM or not just looking carefully.
If it has a high level of development detalization, so website, wp, product, team, etc. looks natural and professional, then it is not a scam mostly possible.
Before to invest in ICO, always need to make research. Because today there is a lot of scams ICO's and also legit ICO's.
Some of the ICO today are legit and some of them is SCAM, today it is really hard to find a good ICO. It is really hard to trust and to invest. I have a lot of experienced when it comes to that and that is just a waste of time for me, but i need to accet that anything can happens here though we provide time and effort but if that is just a messed we need to accept it. and if that is legit then we should be thankful.
Not all ICOs are scam and there are also some good and promising projects which can give you best returns on your investments but for that you need to do a great research and look at the team behind the project and if it involves reputed names then there is nothing to worry.
I keen on investing in ICOs, some of them are legit and another are scam, but you have to select deliberetaly ICO like make team analysis, product estimation and hype around project.

Some of ICOs are scam, so be wise in choosing an ICO. You can read the whitepaper of the project , the roadmaps and ratings/reviews from expert.
There are legit and Scam both ICOs out there. Mainly depends on the projects and team members. So be careful and investigate properly before investing on any ICO.
Mostly it depends on the project, some of them are scams but some of them really work, or have intention to work. So we should choose right ones and encourage good projects, to help crypto industry to develop. 
Quite right, of course there are many fraud projects on the market. But they come across people who are too lazy to learn all the information about the project. There are many strong projects where the team really works for the result. There are many new blockchain, behind which I believe the future, such as NKNand USECHAIN, for example!

Both. How do you discern which is which? I recommend doing due diligence on the existing business operations, to see if it has existing traction; understand how blockchain provides differentiating value for the business model, and research the trustworthiness of the leadership team.

Most ICOs are are scam, simple as that.
It depend on project you invest in . There are so many ICO projects on the internet at the moment and of course not all of them are legit so you'll lose your money if you invested in scam project . But it's wrong if you think all ICO projects are scam cause there are so many truthworthy projects that you can invest in but it's not easy to find out

My advice is to pay attention whether the projects has a ready-made product as it is some kind of guarentee that it is not a scam as well as long termed activity before ICO. It is an indicator that team goes stright to thir goal and will not give up.
Check it properly and dont forget to take some patience while you are deciding to join in some ICO.

We can conclude that ICO are divided into two, some of them are scams and some of them are really legit. Based on my observation I found out that you better choose the best ICO in order for you not to be scammed by anyone, there’s a low possibility of that you will be scammed if you will review it really hard.

Therefore, many scammers are attracted by the opportunity to collect a large amount under the guise of holding an ICO, and here it is measured in millions of dollars, and run away. Therefore, along with good and promising ICO campaigns, fraudulent ones are also common today. This will continue as long as individual states do not regulate this activity and expose the scammers. Outwardly it is very difficult to distinguish a good project from a fraudulent and with the participation and investment of its funds there is always a share of risk.
Many prospective ICOs suffer from scammers. But there remain projects with which it is possible to work and which reach a very high level.
