ICO is becoming more and more popular. It is undeniable that some people or teams have fundraising activities under the guise of the ICO project, thus ending fraud. Therefore, we must be vigilant and selective when choosing ICO projects. I usually see the manager's way of working and the concept of ICO. There are still many legal ICO.
If it is a work of a good scammer, then you might not see that it is a scam at first glance. Because, to make the people believe to you, you need to be geniune and honest at first. And on the middle of the deal, they will run with the money that they have collected and leave the investors hanging. Of course, the main points that we have to inspect thoroughly are the whitepaper, roadmap and the team behind it.
There are both legit and scam ICOs but its difficult to differentiate between both. Some ICOs may look legit in its initial stage and turn out to be a scam. So its difficult to differentiate between legit and scam ICOs.
Initial Coin Offering or known as the term of ICO is a legit investment and not a scam. many people are still investing in this type of investment through a high rate of return on investment it gives.

if you want to invest in ico, choose a good ico, determine the good ico is, read whitepaper, see the review, see the telegram member, and see who his team is, if so you will know which ico is good or bad

Ico's are not always legit for we are dealing with crypto digital world that there are also more scammers. Much better to first search the team and read the whitepaper in order to have strong idea about the ICO. Also much better if there is product to provide.

Some good and some are reall really bad.Cannot tell if an ICO is legit or not.Some are really good in advertising but on the end running away with your investment and rewards.
There are some legit ico and there is also a scam ico. It depends how you choose the ico. Before you invest in ico you should do some research first. because researching is important to avoid a scam ico. If you do not research, you will likely get a scam ico.

ICOs are a legit, only a few ICOs are scam, that's why you have to be careful and do a research first before you join into an ICO, you just can't join every ICOs you see in the thread, that's how you avoid join a scam ICO
there are a lot of projects.All investments in ICO are in fact a great risk.No one knows where normal ICO and where scammers.Most of the projects of course really enter the market and become very successful.I wish you more such projects
