The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh

and how i make my account safe  Huh

There are many reasons lead to your account being hacked. That might be your fault if your password is weak, or leaked somewhere or the wallet provider if their security is bad.

Well for me you cannot really blame someone just because they got hacked. Hackers will find a way if they really want to hack your account. The only thing you can do is to maximize the security that you have. If they have a double authenticator, use it to protect all of your coins in your wallet. Do not be lazy to set up the security of your account because that is for your own safety.
I don’t understand people who don’t use 2FA on their wallets or on their exchanges and then they say that their money was stolen and blame someone. they don’t understand that hacking 2FA is very difficult and hackers will only do this if you have a lot of money in your wallet and that is why for those people who do not have millions of dollars in their wallets, 2FA is perfect as a free tool of protecting their money

In a sense, if the exhange gave you all the security options to protect your account. It is your accountability because it is your money and you have to secure it. You are the one who makes it vulnerable to hacking. There are lots of ways to secure your account now aside from password. 2FA I think is a good one.
The exchange is also still responsible if the user's IP login is different and then does an unnatural transaction, the exchange system is still strict in following up on the user's negligence. 2fa is still not safe if hackers find the user's key. in this case there is still nothing better, but the main vulnerability is still in securing e-mail, so this must be prioritized before securing the account residing in the e-mail.

Yes, they are also responsible that's why we need to do trading with an exchange with such fund to cover our loss or when their exchange was account. But, when our only account was hacked, I think we are the ones' responsible for that, so be vigilant always and always think well before clicking something.

I just recently learned my lesson from this like it happened today and thankfully it was resolved because it wasn't within my control on whatever the hacker tried to post. I think everyone should already take an extra precaution to whatever they browse in the internet. Don't just think of that you're safe, just because something isn't happening yet. In any day your account would just get compromised, and you'll just notice the signs that someone had access in your account. It applies to everything. Not just in your online wallet(though you should avoid it when your funds are there currently), but also to every account you have in the internet including your social media accounts. You'll never know the dangerous or dire situation that the hacker will put you at.
Your account, your responsibility.

It's your fault, exchanger fault and hacker fault. But
if it's just happen to you, then the fault is made by yourself. You should used some superb security on your PC. The hacker won't just attacked the exchanger but also will attacked you. They usually send some Malware to your PC. Then they take some information from your PC.

There are a lot of people who got hacked in their exchange wallet and they started to send a report about it, but the exchange will not take any responsibilities about it because it is not their loss and they will only say sorry to you, that is why you should be careful with your wallets because no one will take any responsibilities to it if it was hacked.
Every person is responsible for their respective dice. Indeed many people have experienced this, where their wallet was hacked and they tried to report it but I think the exchange will not be responsible about it because they have not lost anything and do not feel disadvantaged and also it happened not because of their mistakes but our mistakes yourself as the owner of the wallet. So indeed we need to be careful in everything we do and do not be easy to give our information to others.

I always use 2FA for all accounts and this is the best security that google offers to all investors when participating in this market. Until now I am fine to use and have not had any problems so please install when you just created a new account. I think if you are still being attacked it is your fault and no one can be held responsible when you have a big loss.

Of course this is very unlikely and before you withdraw money or deposit it should be reviewed 2 to 3 times because even a small mistake will make the property disappear.

The fact is that when it comes to cryptocurrency exchanges and their security, then I believe that it is best to choose not only by the rating of the resource, but also because of what security levels the resource provides for the user.  For me, it is very important not only the presence of two-factor authentication of Google, but also the confirmation of all actions using SMS by phone number and e-mail.  Perhaps this set of security is difficult for the user, but it increases the guarantee of safety of funds.  Of course, this applies only to the user account, but nevertheless there are problems for the resource itself, when users lose their coins due to problems that the administration allows.

That is your responsibility. You should already know the answer. Before you create an account, there is an agreement, you should read carefully. Storing accounts securely is very easy. You just have to store it in various online storage, such as Gdrive, Dropbox, icloud, and others. And provide double security such as G2FA, verify cellphone number.
True I am strongly agree with you and besides you and you only who's accountable on your account. Whatever happens will bounce back to you because you are the one who's managing your account and if will be hacked well of course that is your fault. Make sure always that your account is secured to avoid casualties.
Of course, for personal property, under the guarantee of each individual, if it is lost or damaged, the fault is always the owner because right from the start of the process of creating accounts, most websites require multiple layers of security, they have very clearly warned of dangers when we do not follow instructions, and they will not be responsible for such losses. And if we have completed all these upgrades and still lost suddenly, reputable websites will be responsible for compensation, but again, it's a reputable site

either u or coinbase, if u clicked something malicious before and most likely you had been hacked by someone from ur own action so you are the one who should get blamed. coinbase is a pretty much a safe exchange in terms of security, so i think you had done something bad before.
Indeed they will not let the public use platform like coinbase if hackers will just easily bypass every security it made so i think we should cross out the exchange where the OP created an account, if your account got hacked then you only have to blame yourself for your that and no one else but if something happens greater than that then neither you or coinbase should be blame but someone else that is responsible for it, remember that internet is a open network and be careful of your actions because with just one click someone can get into your personal info.

if the exchange you stored your crypto was hacked, then definitely it is not your fault but the security of the exchange. But if it from your wallet, then it might be that you have given your account information accidentally to hacked or to phishing sites that copy and monitors your activities. If this is the case, immediately change your security settings and information to avoid further damage.

I personally knew crypto since 2015 and started trading on several exchanges. And I'm grateful that until now my account is safe. The point is we must be careful when creating an account. for example by installing 2FA or other security. besides, remember never to give a gap, like clicking the wrong link. Some of my friends who have experienced most of them hacked by phishing. And of course, no one will be responsible for this matter unless you learn from experience and be more careful

the only one responsible for your account is yourself, because in this market we should have realized the risks and you already know if no one will be responsible if you lose money and also a hacked account. if you are afraid to do so make a start with money that is ready to disappear, because that way you will feel comfortable and not have to worry

Banks had the same issue years ago. At the time they had no specific policy of who was ultimatelly liable. Its still a grey area. Unfortunately when you are dealing in a market proud to be unregulated you cant expect or probaly receive protection. There are some more trusted exchanges out there but its the issue in the industry IMO.

Well, hacks hardly happen on decentralized exchanges (real DEXes atleast). Coin exchange on DEXes happen from traders controlled addresses/exchange smart contact. So coin owners are expected to keep their private keys safe
