You know, in various instances I have asked scary questions on what would become the fate of cryptocurrencies if by chance the internet packs up. For a few hours last week that the Mark Zuckerberg media sites of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram went down, some of us saw the devastating effect of that disconnection on businesses and our personal lives. Now, take such happenstance to the crypto industry. That would be a theatre of frustration. The industry will be badly hit if that happened. But come to think of it, is there any facet of our lives that isn't ruled and controlled by the internet? None. Be it aviation, banking, medicine, just name it; they're controlled by the internet. However, I sincerely wish there could be such projects in the crypto space that could function well without the internet.
I can say that the crypto space will shut down. But that is almost zero possibility as we are living now comfortably on the internet and we can't deny that it was very useful to everyone. And to find no reason why it should have to stop but rather to improves like providing internet to the rural areas where internet never exists.
I am unaware of that project. Most project that I knew requires transaction in the internet. I'm kinda curious now how does the team plan to make their project into operation. Yes we all know its useful but I'm thinking hard if it is really possible. On the other hand, knowing rechnolgy kept improving I think internet will never goes down also. It is already a part of it.
That is literally a big scam in the crypto space. Haven't heard this or have read it in news, and I don't think it will succeed if there is. I've become uncertain how it exists but for sure, it never has that chance to develop as there is no fortune with that.

Well, the internet won’t go down in future for any reason, because there are lots of things that we do in our day-to-day lives that has to do with the internet. So, if the internet should go down a lot of things would be affected around the world, and even if does go down, it wouldn’t waste time for it to get fixed again by the right body.And as for wallets that can let you transfer cryptocurrency when you’re offline, so far I have not seen any wallet that has such features, except on Visa; they rolled out a feature that would let people transfer cryptocurrency without an internet connection, but it’s only USDT that they are accepting. Maybe you should read more on it yourself, there might still be other wallets that will offer that feature.

I don't think any such project exists right now. And I don't think it would be possible to have any blockchain that isn't connected to the internet. The internet is needed so that your transactions are known to the miners who can "add it to the chain" and keep everything updated. If the internet goes down, the whole bitcoin and crypto currency network will go down. How are they going to update your balance without the internet? I can't imagine how blockchain technology would work without the internet, it's logically impossible. Therefore for crypto haters the best way to
make crypto die is not by spreading FUD, but rather by shutting down the entire internet worldwide, which is impossible. The conclusion is
that cryptocurrency cannot run without the internet, because the internet is an important thing that must exist if we want to make

I don't think any such project exists right now. And I don't think it would be possible to have any blockchain that isn't connected to the internet. If you have any source about this news please give here link because I already searched and have nothing. The Chinese YUAN is not digital or cryptocurrency, it's very simply fiat currency and these can live without Internet. Now life is really nothing without this because in last 2 years when all was shut down and nothing was possible then Internet was on and peoples was really taking some good advantage of this just because of this after 2019 we have some magnificent growth in internet related jobs and works. My feeling is we all will be dumb, specially peoples in big cities and rural areas can survive some better.

Well, I think that if the internet is down investing in crypto is probably one of your least concerns.
But yes, there are certain technologies that already allow for transactions to occur without internet. I believe there was one that you can just SMS and then it will be able to relay a transaction for you through satellite technology.
Don't worry though, this sort of apocalyptic event is probably not going to happen.
Without the internet, I don't think that there is any way to make our transactions with any kind of cryptocurrency. Because these transactions are made through a network or Blockchain. And the internet is one of the musts for a person to make it happen. But maybe technically, there is a possibility to invent a technology that will help people end the need for the internet to transact. But I guess that we'll not find out such thing now.
XRP can be transacted now without internet. The Chinese YUAN can too.

I think you need to rethink some things when it is the most important factors to run human life.And I am confident and tell you that what you think is not possible, and even if the internet system has a paragraph, it is not necessary to come up with an idea for a trading project without internet.

Yes, of course. all will die. As far as I know, all crypto projects and anything related to crypto are still using the internet and it's impossible to run without an internet network.but now the technology in the world is getting more sophisticated with the ease with which it is created so many things are done with the internet it is very unlikely that the internet will die unless the apocalypse comes and the world is destroyed.

I have never heard of any crypto project that does not need the internet to use and make transaction. Maybe in the future such technologies will be developed but I think the internet is an indispensable factor, especially in the crypto space. Internet is very important in today's life. If this internet system is shut down for a day or two, we will lose a lot.However, as far as I believe, this internet system is not going to be shut down. Not about the internet but can we build a network base on other forms of communication? Say, someone, launch a satellite that take this exclusive signal to keep and maintain an exclusive blockchain. I don't know how dumb or possible my question looks since I'm very noob about this but I think if a crypto project is able to do this, they don't have to worry one day, the internet around the world go down.
A Satellite for a blockchain infrastructure would be quiet slow and expensive, nobody would afford it. Internet is the reasonal infrastructure at this time, its fast and cheap, also it can be accessed on most place in the world.

I never come across any project without internet too, however that does not mean creating such a project is not possible or feasible, of course developers might devise a means of transaction cryptos maybe via SMS or other non internet related means in the nearest future, we are in jet age with advancement in technology, developers may conceptualize such idea and develop it as a project then turning it a reality, I think in years ahead something of that nature will come into effect.
