I think as of today BTC is one of the best. You can invest because as I see BTC will increasing faster everyday. How amazing! I love to invest but I have not enough BTC. I wish I have a lot.
Me too believe in Bitcoin a lot. Just few hours ago invested $ 300 into bitcoins as the price has dropped since last pump. This dump will go on more down below I guess but I don't want take the chance as it may rise again anytime. This time lets hope it reaches atlas $ 3000 on the market. This will lead to blooming profits for me. So, it would be BTC only that I would invest if I had $ 500.
I'll invest 50% in bitcoin and half for altcoin such as xrm, bcn or ripple. Bitcoin now is falling down just like gold ( commodities ), up so fast and down never come up until now. My plan is simple, be careful with our money and never greedy. Choose altcoin with low price and wait until the price come up, if I choose eth it makes me worry because the price is down right now and my analyze says lower than today. That's my plan and strategy, what's yours?

If I have that amount I will diverse it. I mean the half of money will be invested on altcoins and the other half wil be on bitcoins. I wil buy bitcoins and I will hold it for a long tame then I'll wait until its price goes up wit that process my money has a chance to be double. Where you invest your money today?

i will invest $500 in bitcoin, and from that i will choose to buy maybe ltc, eth or etc as equal with $250 and the rest of the bitcoin, i will save it in my wallet. i think its still worth to investing in bitcoin and other altcoin, because the future of crypto currency is promising and todays, many people is trying to join in crypto currency world.
Investment in bitcoin because bitcoin will continue to increase in price. Many countries use bitcoin it is not impossible next year bitcoin can reach the highest price, and digital money most desirable world.
It seems like a good idea because bitcoin certainly has good potential as a future investment.

Invest in ICO's, look for ones with revolutionary ideas. Things like ETH, bitcoin etc have already pumped so while they may go higher in the next 1-2 years they won't go up 100x or 1000x like some of the promising ICO's will. For me in particular I like Aragon because they will revolutionize how companies operate in this globalized world.

No, icos are risk investment, we can lose much money investing in icos, much better to hold bitcoins, it's safe compared to other schemes. Bitcoin everyone in crypto world knows what is and its strenght was already prooved.

If I have $500 I'm going to invest it to bitcoin and I'm buying at dip. And with the price of bitcoin it's hard to cope up as there will always be a major pump and minor dump. If I have 500$ now for investment, I would put 400$ of it to the altcoin in my signature, creditbit. It's price is pretty cheap right now ranging from 20-30k satoshi price which was originally 60k satoshi and it got a lot of potential. I heard creditbit token would be added to jaxx soon so I wont miss this chance of investing in it. I would put 100$ left on bitcoin when another correction occurs.
With $500 bucks you gamble and lose them all or trade and get dumped on by manipulative exchanges, also there is an option to invest in doubling total scams and every 24 hours double the amount and then after 2 years with their stupid strategy overcome every country and all financial markets worldwide/:

Instead go big go with a serious investment like $10,000 as a minimum and go all on Bitcoin while being deaf to FUD and people suggesting not put all eggs in one basket.

any amount you have, the best investment will be in bitcoin. if you have 500 now just invest in bitcoin and wait untill the end of this year your will see your profit 
I'll invest in buying some bitcoins. Because I'm sure the next few days bitcoin prices can increase. Growing 500USD with bitcoin is now easier than any other investment.

For now this bitcoin has begun known by some countries, such as Japan (overall). Now there are also some countries that got interested with the blockchain technology, so the potential to continue to go up and have a high value it is very large. And indeed we ought to have an investment in it, so that it can benefit. But such investment must be measured

I have 90% in bitcoin at the moment and 5% lisk, 5% Ethereum.
Main reason for holding lisk and ethereum at all is because the transaction fees are lower and they are quite recognized altcoins as well. so if i had to pay someone a low amount i would ask them whether they could accept lisk or ethereum and most of the time they'll say yes(if i ask the right people that is).
Holding 90% bitcoin is for the long term, i'm not planning on dumping any any time soon. only if the price is in a humungous bubble, like going from $2000 to $20000 in one week or something along the lines of that. But $500 is way too little for investment purposes, you need at least $5k to make a decent profit.
I suggest if you have 500 dollars todayits better if you buy ethereum because this altcoi is thr next bitcoin if bitcoin die. And I believe ethereum will increase the price in the future because they have big big potential to increase high. If you see the orice of ethereum before its very low but if you see now its very difference the price is very high. But its ip to you if you want to buy ethereum I suggest to make research so you can know what is the best altcoin to buy.
No one can say you what to do, and where to invest money, we all risk when we buy some coins. I think that in this times even holding bitcoins is a risk, price is rising, but some people expect drop, what will happen we will see, and some people will earn or lose money.
Buying altcoins is a good thing always, I prefer cheap coins that have chance to grow. LTC, ripple, I`m buying even doge.

Maybe i will invest it into ico project which will be finished soon. Well, even if it makes a profit that is not too big, but it can make money in a short time, even more so if the capital of $ 500.

The four coins which you mentioned are better for investment in which bitcoin is more important to invest in because the value of bitcoin is rising very faster and it has a more bright future so I will invest in bitcoin first and if I though to invest in altcoins then the remaining will be my further steps. Probably I'll be investing into bitcoin, because even $500 will surely get us a profit as the price seems to fluctuate often. Periodically we can earn good based on the difference in price happening between days. So right now bitcoin is good for regular buying and selling. If the investment is for a long term will prefer LTC and ETH.
Compared to altcoin investments, I too feel bitcoin investments will be more safer and highly profitable as per current volatility of bitcoin markets. Some six months back those $500 would have invested with bitcoin it might be grown more than four times. Still there would be more possibilities of similar earning with the bitcoin investments.Altcoins are doing good right now, I'm not having any second opinion about this but I'm not finding they will continue similar pace in near future too.
