Depending on market conditions, I would most likely sell with a view to rebuy at a lower price after the inevitable dump. Its unusual for a coin to pump that amount over night and maintain the gains however in a bull market like last December/January my tactics may be different.

I think the market will increase by 40% to 200% at night. More than 98 percent of people will sell. The remaining 2% became monopoly. Or to zero. Of course, look at the coins. If it is Bitcoin. So I believe only 2% will sell. The rest will continue to hold.

Of course, it is worth selling a coin, because after such a rapid growth, there will be a correction. If you think that the coin is promising, it is better for the money from the sale to buy more coins after the correction. Otherwise, bring all in Fiat.

if that's true then i'll sell it. That's a rare case for every coins.

you will not lose if you sell it.

the advice that i always get is "sell high and buy low"

I would analyze the market if the forecasts are optimistic, maybe a little longer would wait, but most likely I would sell it and wait for another drop to buy again.

I will sell 70% of my coin and wait for lower the value of coin. Also find some another undervalued coin to invest or any good upcoming ICO to invest in.

Well if it increases by more than 100% than I'm going to sell half and hodl the other half for selling at even more higher prices. As I have already gotten my initial investment back when I sold half my coins for double the price. Now whatever I hodl is pure profit, no matter which direction the price goes.

It's a very controversial question, like you start to worry that you will suddenly fall down and not have time to sell, but there is also the possibility that growth will go on.

% 40 - 200 is very wide range. when I see % 40 I will sell half of my coins. but at % 200 I will definitly sell all of them.

This is a very controversial question, if I think maybe I will sell what I have this one, and then buy again at a cheaper price, it seems to me that this will be the right thing, because if we understand what the stock market is and how how it works, we certainly do not have to miss the opportunity to try it. to trade with him, I think this is a good opportunity.

I will sell it half of that my coins and then others half of it hold in a few week more because there are any chance the price will continue going up to 4 or 5 times more, because many altcoins was going up to 10 times in 1 or 2 month.

I will analyze market conditions first, and when I invest in each project I will judge how much potential it has and decide when to sell it. So I will first analyze the market conditions to decide whether to sell my tokens.

Of course, sell it and sell it immediately. Because mainstream coins are unlikely to rise so much, altcoin rises are usually accompanied by selling, and what you have to do is sell them before others.

all on the situation. the eternal hodl will not work, everyone remembers the situation in January how much all the top coins cost and their price is now 3-4 times less

It is obvious that you need to sell and then re buy back when it goes down, it always happen in this scenario that the price crashes later and goes down, it allways happen.

I would start looking more closely at the market. According to the graph, you can predict a further rise or fall in the price of the coin..

In such lucky cases, I usually sell half, and half hold on and constantly check the price, because it can pump and than I can sell it really profitably.

First I would examine what was the reason of increase (any specific event or development, announcement , exchange). Than look at the market situation  if it was growing as well or not. Then look at my predefined profit targets on that specific coin and based on that would make the decision probably  to sell part of it and reinvest after dip. The % how much to sell depends if it  was any  specific reason for that rise or it was just a huge pump.

I completely agree! If this growth was just speculation, then I definitely sell my coins, because after speculation everything always returns to the usual price level. But if the growth was on some positive news, then of course we need to think about the further growth potential
