I sold him about 0.900 grams of gold and everything went just fine , I confirmed and showed him proof that the gold is from referrals and not from credit card deposit then I went first and sent the funds , he sent after that the BTC and everything went smoothly ! (we didn't use any escrow for the transaction)

After checking his account, all his gold is still pending and couple referral bonus already been reversed due to suspended user. So I have asked him to contact me after all his gold confirm than I make a decision.
