I had a blood clot on my brain in late January and stroked out.By the time I got out of hospitals rehab a month later I’m seeing 85% losses, with no end in site. I can’t ride this rollercoaster any lower. I’ll be happy to escape with some profits now rather than ending up underwater. Good luck to all.

Definitely don't buy/invest in bitcoin if you're doing it for profit. Look at ICOs instead for quick money. Investing in bitcoin should be about accumulating crypto, not fiat.

I'm sorry for you, mate. What you have gone through must be a little depressing. It was so sad that the market went down when you were recuperating. And instead of waking up with a market recovering, it was instead going down some more. It is good that you still have some profits. I am not as lucky as you. But at least I still have the luxury to continue holding. I will not sell mine. There will always be a sunshine at the end of the tunnel.
indeed if the loss many current traders who experience it, but what we should do is to remain calm and still hold our bitcoin or altcoin, if for example we panic and sell our bitcoin or altcoin at this time, of course we will experience a very big loss, so it's better we stay patient to wait for everything to come back again.

it's okay. you cant risk your health more buy checking market everyday. but i suggest you to not sell your assets and check it again next year. maybe your assets will go to moon Cheesy

Yes, I have to agree that he made the correct decision of exiting last month when bitcoin was not at this position if I'm not mistaken. Of course health comes first and you really need to prioritized it instead of having sleepless night because the market is crumbling down up to know.

But I do hope that the OP will have a clean bill of health already since its been what? a month since he open this thread and can slowly go back to the market and re-invest and probably don't do daily trading at it put too much stress. Much better to buy at this dip and just hold on it as long as you can.

I wish you a speedy recovery. I think people can make money every single moment of their lives, but they must keep healthy. Although Bitcoin is a good investment option, it is not important for health. I wish you a speedy recovery again.

It is a temporary phase due to which people go offline for sometime, but I wish once all set to be back and start buying and investing in the future. This is the investment where the returns could be multiple times and you can mint money if invested in the right coin. So better not to miss this by never returning back.

If you get out means you give up on the state of the market is down only temporarily. You should still keep the coins you have and can hold up until the price improves again. You do not have to worry about the worsening crypto market situation. Hence the so-called fluctuate so you are calm and do not get out of the crypto world.

It quite discouraging when you see people sell out of fear, they dump their investment and run at lost, not minding what will become of the market in the next few months to come.

Bitcoin is not only for now, but will be part of the future. So it's sad if people once believing in the potential of bitcoin suddenly quit. Bitcoin is unpredictable so we'll never know when luck will arrive. Quitting may end up in regrets later on. It could even be very big regrets. So as long you're investing what you can afford to lose, it's better not to quit.

I feel sad about you, in this time, i remember that sentence Health is Wealth, now you could understand it but you take a right decision, you should be happy to get some profits rather than nothing. Because it is stressful work if we see it continuously up and down of price value and working on it you should chance your way and take rest.

This bear market has been absolutely brutal and I am very sorry for your loss but it seems you have already started riding the wave so why not just wait and finish it? You stand to make more money.

Health is really wealth, some people are having a hard time controlling their emotions when the market is going down so what we should do is to chill relax and find some motivations so we could not give up, I lose half of my investment too but I remain here and still believing that one day I will be familiar in crypto.
Cutting out from something or giving up, this isn’t the quality of a gentleman. What if you just lost? It really doesn’t matter because with every loss, there is some specific learning and teaching that you’re must be understanding and keeping that in mind, would be playing the next game. But if you just got disappointed from only one chance and lose your heart that is shameful.

out of crypto is not the best choice, you will regret leaving it, but maybe that's your best choice for your health, playing in crypto requires health psychology and mental immunity
Hope that no one will gonna have suffer again from the members here, yes, I am also sad seeing someone in depressed condition because of cryptocurrency, life is too short so don't depressed so much of your time here, let us think of ways to unwind ourselves whenever we are seeing that price goes down.
